  • Patent number: 12376215
Abstract: A lighting control system for controlling a cumulative light emitted by a lighting fixture may comprise a light-emitting diode (LED) driver comprising an output for conducting an output current, and a control module electrically coupled to the output of the LED driver for receiving the output current. The LED driver may regulate the magnitude of the output current towards a target current, and may be characterized by a low-end intensity. The control module may be coupled to a first LED light source of the LED light sources. The control module may receive a command including a requested intensity and control the magnitude of a first LED current through the first LED light source. The control module may control the cumulative light output of the lighting fixture below the low-end intensity of the LED driver by diverting a portion of the output current away from the first LED light source.

  • Patent number: 12369694
Abstract: Through-holes are formed at a constant pitch along a side-edge portion of a fastener tape where a tape base fabric is covered by a waterproof layer, the through-holes piercing the fastener tape. Plasma treatment or corona treatment is applied to the side-edge portion of the fastener tape so as to form an activation region on a surface of the waterproof layer on one or both sides of the fastener tape. Injection molding of fastener elements is performed to attach the fastener elements to the side-edge portion of the fastener tape. Melted resin adheres to the activation region and fills the through-hole before solidifying into the fastener element.

  • Patent number: 12369825
Abstract: A continuous glucose monitoring system may utilize externally sourced information regarding the physiological state and ambient environment of its user for externally calibrating sensor glucose measurements. Externally sourced factory calibration information may be utilized, where the information is generated by comparing metrics obtained from the data used to generate the sensor's glucose sensing algorithm to similar data obtained from each batch of sensors to be used with the algorithm in the future. The output sensor glucose value of a glucose sensor may also be estimated by analytically optimizing input sensor signals to accurately correct for changes in sensitivity, run-in time, glucose current dips, and other variable sensor wear effects.

  • Patent number: 12373467
Abstract: A computing device receives user input specifying a first dimension data field and a second dimension data field. The device constructs a dimension subquery according to characteristics of the first dimension data field, the second dimension data field, a first object to which the first dimension data field belongs, and/or a second object to which the second dimension data field belongs, including determining a join type for combining (i) first data rows that include data values of the first dimension data field and (ii) second data rows that include data values of the second dimension data field. The device constructs the dimension subquery according to the determined join type, and executes the dimension subquery to retrieve first tuples. The device constructs measure subqueries and executes the measure subqueries to retrieve second tuples. The device forms extended tuples, and generates and displays the data visualization according to the extended tuples.

  • Patent number: 12373477
Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of responding to a query in a developer tool using semantically related keywords in relevant code chunks. A user-generated query regarding a location of an element in a codebase of a software development project is received. The codebase is parsed into code chunks. Semantically related keywords, including keywords from the user-generated query and other keywords that are semantically related to the keywords, are identified. Relevant code chunks are selected from the code chunks based on satisfaction of a relevancy criterion regarding the user-generated query. Execution of an instruction is triggered, which causes a visual representation of a response to the user-generated query to be generated. The execution of the instruction causes the visual representation to include at least portions of the relevant code chunks and further causes at least a subset of the semantically related keywords to be highlighted in the portions.

  • Patent number: 12375380
Abstract: Embodiments herein describe a host that polls a network adapter to receive data from a network. That is, the host/CPU/application thread polls the network adapter (e.g., the network card, NIC, or SmartNIC) to determine whether a packet has been received. If so, the host informs the network adapter to store the packet (or a portion of the packet) in a CPU register. If the requested data has not yet been received by the network adapter from the network, the network adapter can delay the responding to the request to provide extra time for the adapter to receive the data from the network.
