Characteristics of air flow in the area are adjusted based on the user preferences the user and the location of the user, wherein the characteristics of the air flow comprise one or more from a group of: a direction, and a flow rate. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and program product for providing intelligent context-based control of air flow in substantially the same manner described above.

The processor(s) transmits indicators of the identified one or more languages to the client, where upon receiving the indicators, the client translates the voice input stream from the identified one or more languages to one or more target languages.

    Abstract: An online store offering a product that is currently unavailable can still fulfill an order for the product by querying a multi-store inventory database to see if the product is available from brick-and-mortar stores near the customer. Proximity of local stores is based on a customer location in the customer's profile. Local store selection can be based on product matching policies such as a threshold price difference for the product compared to the online store price. If the customer approves local store pickup, the service generates a voucher to purchase the product directly from the local stores, and presents it to the customer via the online presence. The customer can then redeem the voucher at any of the indicated local stores and pick up the product. When the system receives confirmation of redemption of the voucher, a credit is issued from the online store to the local store.

    Abstract: Approaches presented herein enable treating a medical condition via individual customized cognitive guidance. More specifically, a current interactive and customized diagnosis object (ICDO) comprising a treatment schedule for a patient is generated by combining a set of previous ICDOs from the patient, wherein each ICDO has a structure which defines elements that are used to diagnose a symptom and match the patient with a treatment. A status of the patient is monitored in real time via an internet of things network to detect an actual event of the patient differing from the treatment schedule. In real time, the treatment schedule is modified responsive to the differing event by adjusting the current ICDO by exchanging one element of the treatment plan for a new element according to a learned set of rules to compensate for the differing event. This modified treatment schedule is provided to the patient in real time.
