The membrane comprises a porous substrate and a filter layer on top of the porous substrate. The present invention also relates to the corresponding filter element. The filter element relating to the present invention is able to accommodate more membranes inside the same volume, resulting in high throughput and high salt rejection.

Abstract: A network configuration method, including acquiring a public key operation value of a second device in an out-of-band manner, acquiring a public key copy of the second device that is sent by the second device and that is used to perform key exchange, performing an operation of the preset algorithm on the public key copy of the second device, to obtain a public key operation value copy of the second device, and generating a first exchange key according to a private key that is used by the first device to perform key exchange and the acquired public key copy of the second device after the public key operation value copy of the second device matches the public key operation value of the second device, and hence the method simplifies a network configuration process.

Abstract: Fault handling methods in a home service system, and associated household appliances and servers are disclosed. According to a fault handling method, the household appliance may send a first message to a primary server, and may decide the primary server fails when not receiving a feedback connection signal from the primary server. The household appliance may then send a second message to a backup server according to pre-stored identification information of the backup server, so as to connect to the backup server. Thus, the household appliances can directly communicate with the backup server to establish connections thereto, eliminating the need of communications between the primary and the backup server, and no extra servers would be needed, which can reduce the cost, thereby avoiding the collapse of the entire home service system due to failure of the primary server.

Abstract: A key configuration method includes acquiring, by a first device, a public key of a second device through a secure medium; sending, by the first device, information used for obtaining a shared key to the second device; and obtaining, by the second device, a shared key using a private key of the second device and the information that is used for obtaining a shared key. The first device obtains the shared key using the information used for obtaining a shared key or using a private key of the first device. The present disclosure ensures that the public key of the second device reaches the first device, avoids that an attacker masquerades as the second device to establish a secure connection with the first device, so that the attacker cannot listen to a message between the first device and the second device.

Abstract: A method for establishing a connection by a terminal, an apparatus, and a system, where the method includes acquiring, by a first wireless terminal, a first media access control (MAC) address of a second wireless terminal, sending, by the first wireless terminal, a first message carrying identifier information such that the second wireless terminal receives the first message carrying the identifier information and verifies the identifier information, where the identifier information is obtained by the first wireless terminal according to at least the first MAC address, receiving, by the first wireless terminal, a first response message that is sent by the second wireless terminal and that carries a second MAC address of the second wireless terminal, and establishing, by the first wireless terminal, a connection to the second wireless terminal according to the second MAC address.

Abstract: A terminal pairing method and a pairing terminal includes acquiring, when a terminal detects a preset pairing trigger event, a pairing hidden value that is of the terminal and that is associated with the preset pairing trigger event; and implementing, by the terminal, pairing with the peer end by using the pairing hidden value of the terminal. Compared with some approaches, in the present disclosure, pairing can be accurately implemented without using an NFC interface, which reduces costs of terminal pairing.
