    Abstract: A method of fabricating a recess channel array transistor. Using a mask layer pattern having a high etch selectivity with respect to a silicon substrate, the silicon substrate and an isolation insulating layer are etched to form a recess channel trench. After forming a gate insulating layer and a recess gate stack on the recess channel trench, a source and a drain are formed in the silicon substrate adjacent to both sidewalls of the recess gate stack, thereby completing the recess channel array transistor. Because the mask layer pattern having the high etch selectivity with respect to the silicon substrate is used, a depth of the recess channel trench is easily controlled while good etching uniformity of the silicon substrate is obtained.

The power measurement means comprises scramble code generators for generating scramble codes which are allotted to each said base station, multipliers for despreading the received pilot channel signals that are spread by the scramble codes, integrators for obtaining amplitudes of the signals by integrating the despread pilot channel signals for each slot period of the pilot symbols, and outputting the amplitudes at the end time of each slot period, squarers for obtaining the power value of the signal by squaring the amplitudes, delay means for delaying the power value one slot period, an adder for adding the power value output from said squarer and the power value provided by said delay means, and switches for connecting to the adder at the end time of every two slots.

The composition is represented by the following formula: (1-x)(A?1-yA?y)O-xP2O5 wherein x and y are numbers satisfying the following conditions: 0 <×<1 and 0?y?1, and A? and A? are each independently selected from the group consisting of Ca, Ba, Sr, Zn, Mb, Ni, Mn and Cu. The composition may further include a sintering assistant and an additive. Since the composition can be sintered at a temperature as low as 1,000° C., it can be simultaneously calcined together with a metal electrode such as silver, copper or silver/palladium electrode.
