Abstract: Disclosed are a thin film transistor and a method of manufacturing the thin film transistor. An electrode layer of the thin film transistor includes a seed layer formed of a transparent conductive material doped with indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) and a main layer formed of a transparent conductive material. The thin film transistor includes a substrate, a gate electrode on the substrate, a gate insulation film on the substrate to cover the gate electrode, a semiconductor layer disposed on the gate insulation film in a region corresponding to the gate electrode, an electrode layer having a double layer structure and disposed on the gate insulation film in a manner such that a topside portion of the semiconductor layer is exposed through the electrode layer, and a passivation layer on the gate insulation film to cover the semiconductor layer and the electrode layer.

Abstract: A method of and apparatus for constructing a user profile using a content tag, a method of recommending digital content by using a user profile including a tag included in the digital content and a preference value for the tag. According to the methods and apparatus, a user profile is generated by using a content tag, and thus the taste of the user according to digital content consumption can be expressed in more varied ways. Also, by suggesting a method of generating a tag from web content, construction of a user profile for digital content having no tag is enabled. Furthermore, a tag extracted from digital content used by a user is included in a profile and it can be used for a variety of purposes, such as expansion of a comparison scope, use of preference keywords, providing of content links, and expansion of search scope.

Abstract: A thin film transistor, which has a first passivation layer and a second passivation layer to maintain high reliability while preventing hydrogen from being induced to a semiconductor layer, and a method for fabricating the thin film transistor are provided. The method includes providing a substrate including an insulation substrate, forming a gate electrode on the substrate, forming a gate insulation layer on the substrate and the gate electrode, forming a semiconductor layer on the gate insulation layer, forming source/drain electrodes on the semiconductor layer to expose a portion of a top portion of the semiconductor layer, forming a first passivation layer to cover exposed top portions of the gate insulation layer, the semiconductor layer and the source/drain electrodes, and forming a second passivation layer on the first passivation layer, wherein the forming of the second passivation layer comprises performing deposition at a higher temperature than the forming of the first passivation layer.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for predicting content preferences of an active user with reference to content preferences of other users that are similar to those of the active user, the method including: measuring similarity ratios of the active user and other users using an overlapping ratio of use of content items commonly used between the active user and the respective other users; generating a recommender list for the active user based on the measured similarity ratios; and predicting a preference rating of the first user with respect to an unused content item based on a preference rating of an other user included in the recommender list with respect to the unused content item. Accordingly, the similarity ratio between the users can be accurately measured so that reliability of a preference rating prediction system can be increased.

Abstract: There is provided a plastic lens, a lens module and a lens injection mold. The plastic lens includes an effective aperture portion being an optical surface of the lens and a rib portion being a circumferential portion of the lens. The effective aperture portion and the rib portion are shaped in concentric circles having the same central axis. The rib portion includes three or more concave portions in an outer circumferential portion thereof, the concave portions being positioned to be symmetrical with respect to the central axis. The plastic lens is designed to be symmetrical with respect to a concentric axis so that it may avoid asymmetric contraction inside a barrel. Also, since the concave portions, when assembled in the barrel, do not contact an inner circumferential surface of the barrel, press-fitting force in the assembly thereof is reduced so that deformation caused by excessive press-fitting force applied thereto may be avoided.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a method for laminating an adhesive tape and a lead frame, more specifically to reduce the warpage of a lead frame after heated lamination in which an adhesive tape for manufacturing semiconductor devices is attached to the lead frame, satisfying all the properties required for lamination, and avoiding adhesive residues from adhesive tapes and the leakage of a sealing resin. A method for laminating an adhesive tape and a lead frame comprises laminating an adhesive tape and a lead, wherein the lamination temperature of an adhesive tape surface and that of a lead frame surface are different from each other, for example, wherein the lamination temperature of the lead frame surface is lower than that of the adhesive tape surface by about 1 to about 200° C.

Abstract: A method of adaptively updating a first recommended user group list of a first user connected to a network, in which a predetermined number of second users are selected from the first recommend user group list that is a list of users having a high similarity to the first user in consuming contents. A predetermined number of third users having a high similarity to the first user is selected from second recommend user group lists respectively of the selected second users possess. The first recommend user group list is updated to include the selected third users. As the preference of a user changes, the recommend user group may be reconfigured with updated recommend users by reflecting a corresponding preference. Also, quality contents can be provided by recommending a user of a corresponding terminal with the contents preferred by other users in the updated recommend user group list.
