    Abstract: An apparatus for correcting an inertial sensor includes an inertial sensor module, a storage module and a control module. The inertial sensor module measures angular velocity and acceleration of an object moving in a space. The storage module stores predetermined operation information and parameters required to correct the measured acceleration. The control module calculates motion velocity from the measured acceleration using the operation information and the parameters, and corrects the calculated motion velocity for each interval between zero-angular-velocity time instances at which angular velocity about an arbitrary axis is “0”.

A soft switch in a mobile communication system, upon receipt of an origination message including a private voice request information from a calling MS, transmits to a VPN server a private circuit service request message including a service ID for the private voice call service and the network address information of a caller and called. The VPN server establishes a communication path for edge routers connected to calling and called gateways according to network address information. Thus, voice traffic is transmitted between the calling MS and called MS though the communication path of the VPN.

    Abstract: A device for aligning a substrate and a mask, and a method using the same, where the device includes aligning marks in unused portions of the substrate and the mask, a sensing unit for determining overlap of the aligning marks when the substrate is aligned with the mask, and a control unit for controlling an aligning process to be repeated on the basis of data sensed and determined by the sensing unit. The sensing unit may include a camera positioned in photographic range to determine any alignment error in the alignment marks. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the alignment error between the substrate and the mask is sensed to determine whether it is acceptable or not. When the alignment error is unacceptable, the operations for aligning the substrate with the mask are repeated until the alignment error is acceptable.

The apparatus also includes a sensing unit with a sensor installed beneath the transferring path to detect the entrance and discharge of the tray. The apparatus may also include rollers disposed to contact both sides of the upper portion of the tray, and the rollers may be coupled with moveable members encased within rails along the transferring path so that the rollers can translate when a tray passes between two rollers. The rollers along both sides of the tray can be arranged symmetrically or alternately in a zigzag pattern.

In accordance with this complex curvature, it is possible to reduce the weight of the panel while eliminating generation of an image distortion phenomenon and providing desired apparent flatness. It is also possible to easily design the curvature of the inner surface of the panel and the curvature of a shadow mask used in the cathode ray tube, and thus, to achieve an improvement in doming characteristics and an improvement in drop characteristics.
