The control circuit retrieves a sequence of random bits from the plurality of random bits stored in the random number pool according to the input key, receive the entangling string from the entangling string generator, and entangle the entangling string with the sequence of random bits to generate a secret key.

The polishing of the light conversion layer includes planarizing the surface of the light conversion layer so that the bank and the light conversion patterns have a second height through chemical mechanical polishing utilizing a metallic slurry.

Microorganisms are concentrated at a high throughput using DEP after synthesizing the microorganisms and fluorescent magnetic particles, and when a complex in which the fluorescent magnetic particles are bound to the microorganisms passes through a detection unit by moving only the microorganisms to the detection unit after separating the magnetic particles from the complex (i.e., the microorganisms to which the magnetic particles are bound) using a DEP force, a fluorescence signal of a specific wavelength band is generated according to the type of the fluorescent magnetic particle and the concentration of the microorganisms according to the type of microorganism is measured by measuring and analyzing the fluorescence signal.

    Abstract: Optical data is collected from an optical sensor of a dual wavelength, and in order to detect the fire from the collected optical data, an average value of a first wavelength, an average value of a second wavelength, and a ratio of the average values of the two wavelengths are calculated, and an amount of change of a slope of the ratio is used to detect the fire and determine the fire occurrence time. From the determined fire occurrence time, fire features are extracted from the optical data in real time according to defined rules to configure a data set. The data set may be used for learning and inference techniques to identify a fire or non-fire, a fire source, a combustion material, and the like.
