  • Patent number: 5390829
Abstract: Herein disclosed is a liquid injection container which comprises: a container body 1; a cylinder 10 depending into the container body from a cap-shaped member 3 fitted on the outer face of the mouth/neck portion of the container body; and an actuator 20 having a stem 17 erected through the top wall 4 of the cap-shaped member from a cylindrical piston 16, which is fitted in the cylinder, and a head 18 fitted on the upper end of the stem and having a nozzle opened forward. The actuator is moved up and down with respect to the cylinder for sucking a liquid in the container body into the cylinder and discharging the liquid in the cylinder out of the nozzle 19 through the stem. A finger knob 30 attached to the top face of the head for receiving a finger. The vertical movements of the actuator are accomplished by the tip of the finger inserted into the finger knob. The actuations of the actuator are facilitated by means of auxiliary walls 6 and 6 acting as a finger knob and guiding the head.

  • Patent number: 5344079
Abstract: A foaming nozzle mounted in front of a spray nozzle of a sprayer so that a liquid detergent may be sprayed in a foamed state onto a window glass or tile for cleaning. The foaming nozzle has its mouth shaped so that a mixed cluster of the mist and foam from the foaming nozzle is injected in a band, elliptical, rectangular or triangular shape and at a wide angle. A predetermined relationship between a spray port and the foaming nozzle allows the mist spin-injected at a high swirling speed to be partially mixed with the foam. The foam is formed by the impingement of the mist upon an inner face of the mouth of the foaming nozzle. The mixture may be injected at a wide angle. The foaming nozzle can be composed of first and second nozzles wherein the second foaming nozzle is of a circular cylinder and hingedly mounted to the first foaming cylinder. The user can selectively inject either a mist-foam mixed cluster having the band section or a foam cluster having a circular section.

  • Patent number: 5149178
Abstract: A hydraulic braking system for an automotive vehicle having a master cylinder communicated with a wheel brake cylinder through a primary passage, and an anti-skid apparatus including a fluid pump which is disposed in a recirculation passage connected to the primary passage. An orifice is disposed in the recirculation passage on a discharge side of said fluid pump. In parallel with the orifice, a relief valve is disposed. The relief valve permits a flow of a brake fluid from the fluid pump to the primary passage when a differential pressure between the pressures on the upstream side and downstream side of the orifice exceeds a predetermined value. Consequently, a discharge pulsation of the fluid pump is effectively reduced.

  • Patent number: 4870390
Abstract: A gas leakage detecting device for detecting leakage of a precharged gas from a gas-type accumulator which is connected to a hydraulic pump and which stores a pressurized hydraulic fluid delivered from the pump. The pump is turned on to initiate accumulation of the pressurized fluid in the accumulator when a pressure of the pressurized fluid falls below a lower limit, and turned off when the pressure rises to an upper limit. The detecting device detects an occurrence of leakage of the precharged gas from the accumulator, where a time duration between moments of activation and de-activation of the pump is less than a predetermined reference value.
