    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a gold nanoparticle (AuNP)-based peptide chip prepared by forming a monolayer of AuNPs onto a self-assembled monolayer constructed on a solid support, and then immobilizing a peptide on the AuNPs. The AuNPs can effectively amplify the mass signal of the peptide, thus making it possible to measure the mass change of the peptide in a simple and accurate manner. Also, when secondary ion mass spectrometric analysis (spectrum or imaging) is performed on the AuNP-based peptide chip, the activities of enzymes and related inhibitors can be effectively quantified. The disclosed invention enables various enzyme activities to be analyzed rapidly and accurately, and thus can provide an important method for disease diagnosis and new drug development through the elucidation of signaling and interaction mechanisms.

    Abstract: An electrical element can be attached and electrically connected to a substrate by a conductive adhesive material. A non-conductive adhesive material can attach the electrical element to the substrate with a greater adhesive strength than the conductive adhesive. The non-conductive adhesive material can cover the conductive adhesive material.

The invention suppresses noise during color interpolation and enables more precise color interpolation.

    Abstract: In a unit pixel of a CMOS image sensor which compensates for a dark current generated in a photo diode to enhance its driving range, the photo diode generates a charge in accordance with a received light amount. A drive transistor has a gate for receiving the charge in the photo diode to output as an electrical signal, and a drain to which a power voltage is applied. A saturation detector receives a gate voltage of the drive transistor and judges the drive transistor saturated if an output voltage is smaller than a preset reference voltage. A switch connects or disconnects between the power voltage and the gate of the drive transistor in response to the judgment of the saturation detector.
