According to this, a fuel usage is maximized by informing replacement time of a used fuel and a filter (450) for filtering impurity by detecting a fuel consumption degree and an impurity generation amount.

According to this, hydrogen generated at the DBFC is recycled, and a load amount is sensed thus to stably correspond to a load variation, thereby maximizing a fuel usage efficiency and stably driving the system.
