    Abstract: A keypad assembly including a light guide plate, a keypad, and reflective layers is disclosed. The light guide plate includes reflective patterns that are locally formed on the bottom surface of the light guide plate to reflect a part of light going into the light guide plate to the top surface of the light guide plate. The keypad includes a pad that is in the shape of a box whose bottom is opened by sidewalls and surrounds the remaining portions of the light guide plate except for the bottom surface of the light guide plate and at least one key button placed on the top surface of the pad and outputting light reflected from the reflective patterns to their outside. The reflective layers are formed at the sidewalls of the pad facing the sides of the light guide plate to reflect light irradiated from the sides of the light guide plate back to the sides of the light guide plate.

The thin film transistor includes gate and data lines forming a pixel area and separated by a gate insulating layer on a LCD substrate. A thin film transistor in the pixel area has a semiconductor pattern which forms a channel. A pixel electrode in the pixel area contains a transparent conductive film. A gate metal film is adjacent to a portion of transparent conductive film in the pixel area. A semiconductor passivation film is formed by exposing the semiconductor in the channel to an oxygen or nitrogen plasma. A gate pad connected with the gate line contains the transparent film in a pad section and the transparent film and the gate film in a connection area connecting the gate pad and the gate line. A data pad connected with the data line contains the transparent film.

The spool has first and second cylindrical barrels, on which the optical fiber is wound. Ultrasonic fusion splicing points form along a junction by engaging the first and second cylindrical barrels in an axial direction so as to face each other, locating a head of an ultrasonic fusion splicer on the junction and generating an ultrasonic wave from the head to the junction so as to fusion splice the first and second flanges together.

In addition, these seven transistors are arranged in two n-wells and 2 p-wells, while n-wells and p-wells are arranged in series and in alternating fashion. Therefore, the length of a memory cell along the minor axis of the memory cell is relatively short. This memory cell layout helps shorten the length of a bit line by arranging a pair of bitlines in parallel with well boundaries, i.e., in the direction of the short axis of the memory cell, and makes it possible to prevent crosstalk between a bitline and a complementary bitline by arranging conductive lines between the bitline and the complementary bitline.
