    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a cushioning material for packing an object, such as an electrical product, kitchen utensils, an industrial machine, etc., to protect it from outside shocks. In the cushioning material of the present invention, embossments defining spaces are formed in a synthetic resin film constituting the cushioning material, and porous elastic balls are provided in the respective spaces. Thus, the cushioning material of the present invention can be wound in a roll shape while the elastic balls are pressed and reduced in volume. Therefore, a large amount of cushioning material can be loaded when being carried, thereby logistics costs are markedly reduced. Furthermore, the cushioning material of the present invention may be received in a roll casing such that a user can easily handle the cushioning material.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device. A minute pattern is formed using a hard mask film of a series of a nitride film as an etch mask. Before a hard mask film removal process is performed, the step of performing given etching using an oxide film etchant is added to remove an abnormal oxide film on the nitride film. It is thus possible to effectively remove the hard mask film. Generation of voids in a pattern below the hard mask film can be also effectively prevented using BOE in which the composition ratio of HF and NH4F and an etching temperature are optimized as an oxide film etchant.

    Abstract: A dual port semiconductor memory device, including PMOS scan transistors, is provided. The dual port semiconductor memory device includes two PMOS transistors, two NMOS pull-down transistors, two NMOS pass transistors, and a PMOS scan transistor. The scan transistor being PMOS, noise margins can be improved. In addition, these seven transistors are arranged in two n-wells and 2 p-wells, while n-wells and p-wells are arranged in series and in alternating fashion. Therefore, the length of a memory cell along the minor axis of the memory cell is relatively short. This memory cell layout helps shorten the length of a bit line by arranging a pair of bitlines in parallel with well boundaries, i.e., in the direction of the short axis of the memory cell, and makes it possible to prevent crosstalk between a bitline and a complementary bitline by arranging conductive lines between the bitline and the complementary bitline.
