Publication number: 20090172309Abstract: An apparatus includes a queue element which stores a plurality of memory access requests to be issued to a memory device, the memory access requests including a store request and a load request, and a controller which changes an order of the store and load requests so that the order includes a string of the store requests and a string of the load requests.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 14, 2008Publication date: July 2, 2009Applicant: NEC CORPORATIONInventors: Koji Kobayashi, Takashi Hagiwara, Yasushi Kanoh

Publication number: 20080135133Abstract: [Problems] Addition of an organic acid such as a dicarboxylic acid to a soldering flux in order to improve wettability causes a reaction with copper oxide to form a metallic soap of copper having a green color. Although this metallic soap of copper is not corrosive and does not decrease reliability, its external appearance is impossible to distinguish it from verdigris which is indicative of corrosion. There is need for a soldering flux which does not form a metallic soap of copper. [Means for Solving the Problems] Addition of a tetrazole or a tetrazole derivative to a soldering flux can prevent carboxyl groups from reacting exclusively with copper ions, thereby suppressing the formation of a metallic soap of copper having a green color.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2005Publication date: June 12, 2008Applicant: SENJU METAL INDUSTRY CO., LTD.Inventor: Takashi Hagiwara

Patent number: 7262355Abstract: A snare strainer adapted to a snare drum comprises first and second strainers, which are attached to opposite positions on the exterior circumferential surface of a drum cylinder and by which a snappy member including snares is controlled to move in close contact with or separate from the backside drumhead upon operation of a switch mechanism. One end of an interconnection member included in the snappy member is held between first and second holding members of the first strainer, and the other end is held between third and fourth holding members of the second strainer. A tension adjustment screw is operated to adjust tension applied to the snappy member, which can be visually observed using the scale. Hence, it is easy for the human operator to attach and replace the snappy member and to replace the backside drumhead with another drumhead in a short period of time.Type: GrantFiled: January 11, 2005Date of Patent: August 28, 2007Assignee: Yamaha CorporationInventors: Takashi Hagiwara, Norihiko Ishimatsu

Patent number: 7256342Abstract: A sound pickup device, which is arranged in proximity to a percussion instrument (e.g., a bass drum), comprises a diaphragm stretched under tension over an opening of a shell having a cylindrical shape, and an electroacoustic transducer arranged inside of the shell. The electroacoustic transducer comprises a magnetic transducer or a speaker unit. Herein, the percussion instrument is played to produce the low-pitch sound, which is transmitted to the diaphragm to vibrate so that the electroacoustic transducer is activated to convert the low-pitch sound into an electric signal, based on which the low-pitch sound is reproduced by a sound system with a high fidelity to the original sound.Type: GrantFiled: April 21, 2004Date of Patent: August 14, 2007Assignee: Yamaha CorporationInventors: Takashi Hagiwara, Kengo Oyama, Masako Fukunaka

Patent number: 7084338Abstract: A hollow cylinder of a drum is equipped with a lug fixing structure for detachably attaching a lug thereto by using a lug fixing member, which projects externally from the hollow cylinder and engages with an engagement hole of the lug. Herein, the lug fixing member has a spacer by which the lug is spaced apart from the exterior circumferential surface of the hollow cylinder and would not come in direct contact with the hollow cylinder. Thus, it is possible not to prevent the hollow cylinder from vibrating during playing of a drum. In addition, the lug is turned over after released from the lug fixing member, which is thus prevented from being engaged with the engagement hole of the lug again. This guarantees rapid replacement of a drumhead because a human operator can easily release engagement between the lug and lug fixing member without performing troublesome operation.Type: GrantFiled: May 1, 2003Date of Patent: August 1, 2006Assignee: Yamaha CorporationInventor: Takashi Hagiwara

Patent number: 6810457Abstract: A parallel processing system includes a network and a plurality of nodes which communicates asynchronously between the plurality of nodes through the network. Each of the plurality of nodes may include a plurality of CPUs and a communication control unit. Each of the plurality of CPUs as an issuing CPU generates and transmits an asynchronous communication request, retransmits the asynchronous communication request in response to a non-acceptance reply, and executes a subsequent process in response to an acceptance replay. The communication control unit determines whether the asynchronous communication request is acceptable, returns the acceptance reply to the issuing CPU when the asynchronous communication request is acceptable, and the non-acceptance reply to the issuing CPU when the asynchronous communication request is not acceptable, and executes the asynchronous communication request.Type: GrantFiled: July 5, 2001Date of Patent: October 26, 2004Assignee: NEC CorporationInventor: Takashi Hagiwara

Patent number: 6686527Abstract: A drum tightening frame having bolt attachment openings disposed in a circular plate portion of the tightening frame, the bolt attachment openings being arc-shaped slots closed at both ends, and each of these openings comprising a primary opening section through which the shank (and not the head) of a corresponding tightening bolt is passed and a secondary opening section which communicates with one end of the primary opening section and has a size that allows the head of the tightening bolt to pass through. In addition, when washers are used, the tightening frame, tightening bolts and washers can be formed so as to be magnetically attracted to each other so that the washers can stay with the tightening frame or with the tightening bolts, thus avoiding the washers from being lost when the tightening bolts are removed from the drum body.Type: GrantFiled: June 4, 2002Date of Patent: February 3, 2004Assignee: Yamaha CorporationInventor: Takashi Hagiwara
