  • Publication number: 20050084521
Abstract: An antimicrobial adhesive sheet containing an antimicrobial agent which exerts the antimicrobial activity not only on an attached site but also in the space in the vicinity of the attached site, and an antimicrobial method using the sheet. The antimicrobial adhesive sheet has a moisture permeability of at least 1,000 g/m2·24 hrs as the whole sheet, where a non-aqueous adhesive layer containing a vaporizable antimicrobial agent is formed on one side of the support. As the support, non-woven fabric and porous plastic sheet are preferable. In case of non-porous plastic sheet, polyurethane resins and polyamide resins are preferably used. As the vaporizable antimicrobial agent, hinokitiol is preferable and inclusion compounds thereof may also be used. As the adhesive, an acrylic adhesive prepared by polymerizing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester as the main component is preferably used.

  • Patent number: 6838304
Abstract: The present invention is directed to manufacturing methods of electrostatic type MEMS devices. The manufacturing method of the present invention includes the steps of forming a substrate side electrode on a substrate, forming a fluid film before or after forming a sacrificial layer, further forming a beam having a driving side electrode on a planarized surface of the fluid film, and finally, removing the sacrificial layer. Furthermore, performing the foregoing method planarizes the surface of a driving side electrode, reduces fluctuations in the shape of a beam, and improves the performance and the uniformity of the MEMS device.

  • Publication number: 20030111573
Abstract: In a bobbin fixing device, a collet type chuck having claw members is mounted to the upper portion of a rotary hollow shaft and a bobbin slip-off preventing member 27 which comprises a substantially U-shaped claw expansion portion having arcuate projection portions for expanding the interval between the above claw members is inserted between the claw members of the above collet type chuck to secure a bobbin to the rotary shaft without fail at the time of winding off a wire material and facilitate the exchange of the bobbin. The claw expansion portion of the bobbin slip-off preventing member is fitted in guide grooves formed in the claw members to expand the interval between the claw members so as to press the upper end portions of the bobbin and rotatably hold the bobbin when the bobbin is to be mounted and holding force is not applied to the bobbin by taking out the bobbin slip-off preventing member when the bobbin is to be exchanged.
