The stopper (60) includes a regulating member (61) that elastically regulates inclination of the screw shaft (38) with respect to the axial direction. The regulating member (61) is constantly in sliding contact with the inner circumferential surface of the inner tube (56).

The inner cover includes a covering provided on a surface contiguous with the air guide surface to cover at least a part of the vehicle forward side of the horn. The covering has a mesh structure.
