  • Patent number: 7697939
Abstract: A mobile terminal device receives and reproduces a broadcast program on air. At this moment, in the mobile terminal device, a reception quality measuring section measures the reception quality by measuring electric field intensity of the broadcast waves. A reception quality notifying section notifies the user of the measured reception quality in a form that is easily interpreted by the user. This allows the mobile terminal device to notify the user of whether the user can stably view the program.

  • Publication number: 20080226165
Abstract: A method of creating a composite lookup table referred to when lattice points distributed in a color space of first image data are sequentially converted into lattice points distributed in a color space of second image data by a plurality of conversion profiles. When an input value range to which a next conversion profile can be input is limited, an intermediate value obtained by conversion by a previous conversion profile is adjusted such that the intermediate value is within an input value range of a corresponding lookup table, and is input to the next conversion profile. When the input value range to which the next conversion profile can be input is not limited, the intermediate value obtained by conversion by the previous conversion profile to is input to the next conversion profile without any adjustment.

  • Patent number: 7372741
Abstract: A nonvolatile memory apparatus which includes plural memories one of which is a nonvolatile memory such as a Flash EEPROM capable of being specified a plurality of operations from a processing unit of the apparatus including an erase operation, the erase operation in the nonvolatile memory performs a threshold voltage moving operation and a verify operation, and the nonvolatile memory is capable of releasing the I/O bus during the erase operation to thereby allow accessing of other memories and/or system components. For example, during this erase operation, the Flash EEPROM is able to free the I/O data terminal such that the EEPROM becomes electrically isolated from the CPU. The CPU is then able to perform data processing by the system bus where information can then be transferred/received such as between other memories, e.g., ROM and RAM, and otherwise with the I/O port.
