Abstract: Provided are a phosphorescent organometallic complex and a use thereof. The metal complex has a ligand with a structure represented by Formula 1 and may be used as a light-emitting material in an electroluminescent device. These novel metal complexes can not only maintain low voltage and improve device efficiency in electroluminescent devices but also greatly reduce the half-peak width of light emitted by these devices so as to greatly improve color saturation of the light emitted by these devices, thereby providing better device performance. Further provided are an electroluminescent device and a compound formulation.

The inner layer material is a core layer that contains fiber bundles, a first thermoplastic resin and a first auxiliary agent; and the at least one layer of outer layer material wraps the core layer and is a resin layer comprising a second thermoplastic resin and an optional second auxiliary agent. The fiber bundles extend continuously from one end of the core layer to the opposite end thereof. The inner layer-outer layer composite structure, can effectively improves the processing performance of the thermoplastic composite material and the lubricity between fibers and resin matrixes during injection molding, and improves the fluidity of the fibers in a resin matrix melt.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for setting and operating redundant paths in a quantum communication network, wherein a transmitter implements simultaneous transmission of signals on a working path and protection paths. The signal transmitted on the working path is a primary signal, and the signals transmitted on the protection paths are follow-up signals. In a case that the working path is normal, the transmitter forwards the primary signal on the working path level by level, to implement long distance transmission of a quantum signal. In a case that the working path fails, a proxy working path is selected from the remaining protection paths with the highest priority, and the transmission of information is eventually completed on the proxy working path. It can be prevented that unknown quantum information is damaged and becomes unrecoverable during transmission, thereby greatly improving the security, stability, and reliability of information transmission during quantum communication.
