Abstract: A presence calculation method comprising receiving first presence subscription request for a composite service that comprises a service at the node and a plurality of discrete services at one or more child nodes, sending a second presence subscription request to one or more child nodes in response to the first subscription request, receiving one or more response messages that comprise a collection of presence state transition delays corresponding to the child nodes from the child nodes in response to the second subscription request, determining one or more communication delays between the node and the child nodes using the response messages, computing a presence state transition delay for the composite service using the collection of presence state transition delays and the communication delays; and determining a composite presence state using a mapping between the presence state transition delay for the composite service and the composite presence state.

Abstract: A system and method for optimizing handover parameters for a plurality of mobile terminals on a common transportation platform in a cellular network includes at least a first terminal and a second terminal and a controller. The controller is configured to determine that each of the first and second terminal are on the common transportation platform, monitor a status of a handover attempt of the first terminal, and if the handover attempt is successful, adopt handover parameter settings of the first terminal for the second terminal, and if the handover attempt is not successful, change handover parameter settings for the second terminal.

Abstract: An outlet device with hollow water curtain function includes a hollow housing and a deflecting column inserted in the housing. An annular passage is formed between the housing and the deflecting column. The housing further includes a plurality of arc-shaped inlet slots. When the tangential centrifugal force of the water curtain orienting the opening angle of the housing is larger than the surface tension thereof, the water curtain breaks open to make the water flowing break open and diffuse as particles after keeping itself in a certain length. The diffused water forms a water type continuous in a certain range.

Abstract: Radiosurgical treatments of tissues of the heart mitigate arrhythmias and treat other tumerous and non-tumerous disease using an implanted fiducial positioned in or near the heart using cardiac catheterization techniques. The fiducials may be implanted after diagnostic and planning images of the target tissues have been acquired. Fiducial implantation may take place the day of a scheduled radiosurgical treatment. Techniques to accommodate post-planning fiducial implantation may include registration of the implanted fiducial location with the treatment plan, and active fiducials may limit collateral imaging radiation exposure while enhancing tracking accuracy.

From the pattern lines, a three-dimensional volume for a lesion can be determined using known constraints. Advantageously, the series of boundaries generated by the three-dimensional volume may be projected back onto the individual CT scans, which then may be transferred to a standard radiosurgical planning tool. A dose cloud may also be projected on the model to aid in evaluating a plan.
