Abstract: A controller of a layered radio environment map of a wireless communication system. The controller configures a mobile terminal to make a measurement associated with a wireless signal from the mobile terminal to a base station. The mobile terminal constructs a minimization of drive test (MDT) measurement report from the measurement, and uses a network connection to transmit the MDT measurement report. The network connection is selected based at least in part on information related to the mobile terminal. As such, the power consumption in the mobile terminal is minimized.

Abstract: A thin film transistor array substrate includes a substrate, a plurality of pixel elements arranged on the substrate, each of the pixel elements including a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode electrically connected with the thin film transistor, a light shielding electrode disposed between the substrate and the thin film transistor to shield a channel of the thin film transistor, and a storage capacitor including a first electrode and a second electrode disposed opposite to each other. The light shielding electrode includes a transparent electrically-conductive layer and a non-transparent electrically-conductive layer stacked on top of each other. The first electrode of the storage capacitor is disposed in a same layer and of a same material as the transparent electrically-conductive layer of the light shielding electrode.

Abstract: A system and method for executing a handover of a mobile communication device from a source access point to a target access point includes an access control module configured to be communicatively coupled to the mobile communication device, a management system communicatively coupled to the access control module and the target access point, and a communication network, access to which is controlled by the target access point. The access control module is configured to provide access information from the management system to a mobile communication device over a short distance communication link to allow the mobile communication device to access the communication network.

Abstract: A multicast method, apparatus, and system for a software-defined network are presented, where the method includes creating, by a multicast sending device, a multicast group; managing, by the multicast sending device, a member of the multicast group; and completing, by a multicast routing tree management service module disposed on the multicast sending device or on a SDN controller, planning of a multicast routing tree, and converting the planning of the multicast routing tree into a flow entry modification instruction that can be executed by the SDN controller, so that the SDN controller executes the flow entry modification instruction and instructs an SDN switch using a southbound API to execute, according to a modified flow entry, a multicast task. Therefore, multicast is completed by means of mutual cooperation between the multicast sending device and the SDN network.

Abstract: A system that generates a three-dimensional model of a tissue surface, for example the inner surface of the heart from two-dimensional image data slices. On this surface, one or more pattern lines are drawn, e.g., by a physician using a user interface, to designate desired lesion(s) on the surface. From the pattern lines, a three-dimensional volume for a lesion can be determined using known constraints. Advantageously, the series of boundaries generated by the three-dimensional volume may be projected back onto the individual CT scans, which then may be transferred to a standard radiosurgical planning tool. A dose cloud may also be projected on the model to aid in evaluating a plan.

Abstract: A shower head includes a fixation portion and a switch mechanism. The fixation portion has two diversion waterways that connect to an inlet waterway. The switch mechanism rotates the two diversion waterways. The first diversion waterway has a mutation cavity connected to a diversion hole. The mutation cavity has a flow straightener that water from the diversion hole collides in the flow straightener. The second diversion waterway has a first section and a second section with a larger outlet. A suction hole is disposed between the mutation cavity and the second section. Abstract: A multi-service hyperlink pipeline model and system is proposed herein that allows a website to associate and present a plurality of service templates and custom JavaScript functions with a single resource in HTML documents and users to combine a service template with hyperlinks to form hyperlink pipelines and execute a hyperlink pipeline to automatically invoke the custom JavaScript functions.
