The first resource selection window may be associated with an active time of a receiving wireless transmit/receive unit (Rx WTRU). The second resource selection window may be associated with an inactive time of the Rx WTRU. The Tx WTRU may determine a first number of candidate resources associated with the first resource selection window. The Tx WTRU may determine a first number of candidate resources associated with the second resource selection window. In examples, the Tx WTRU may increase the first number of candidate resources associated with the first resource selection window to a second number of candidate resources associated with the first resource selection window.

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may monitor for and detect a beam failure of a beam associated with a secondary cell (Scell). The WTRU may select an Scell candidate beam. The WTRU may transmit using a selected uplink (UL) resource in a primary cell (SpCell) a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) including an indication of Scell beam failure and identifying the selected candidate beam. The WTRU may receive an Scell beam failure indication response on the SpCell indicating an SCell index and a downlink (DL) quasi co-location (QCL) reference associated with the Scell. The WTRU may verify that the DL QCL reference matches with the candidate beam. The WTRU may perform random access on the SCell using the selected QCL reference and the selected candidate beam.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a construction method for a deformable anchor cable capable of being prestressed. The anchor cable includes an outer sleeve, a shrinkage pipe, an inner sleeve, a steel strand, an anchor and a tray. When the anchor cable is in use, a hole is drilled first, then the anchor cable is mounted in the drilled hole, and finally a prestress is applied to the steel strand of the anchor cable. According to the construction method, the construction is convenient; the anchor cable has the characteristics of high strength and large deformation, and can be easily prestressed; and the large deformation is realized by squeezing the inner sleeve by means of the anchor, which completely overcomes the problem of breaking a cold-drawn rod during the large deformation process.

A random access channel (RACH) transmission may be received using a receive beam associated with one of the subset of the plurality of transmit beams used by the base station to transmit the set of synchronization signals. The transmitted set of synchronization signals transmitted may have a signal quality above a signal quality threshold. A reference signal may be transmitted along with a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) transmission. The reference signal may have a sequence derived from a beam index associated with the one of the subset of the plurality of transmit beams.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a support method of preset internal cable for in-situ tunnel expansion project, comprising a cable, lockset and an anchoring agent, wherein before the excavation of the newly-built tunnel, a borehole is drilled into the surrounding rock from the in-situ tunnel, and the cable is installed in the borehole and pre-stressed, so as to play a supporting role at the moment of excavation of the newly-built tunnel. The cable is fixed in the depth of the surrounding rock by the anchoring agent, and the lockset of the cable is set at the position of the excavation contour line of the newly-built tunnel inside the surrounding rock. The present invention provides a method that does not interfere with the excavation construction and can effectively support the surrounding rock of the expanded tunnel in advance.

The 1st stage SCI may be associated with corresponding 2nd stage SCI. Based on information indicated by the decoded 1st stage SCI, the WTRU may determine whether to perform, or continue to perform, decoding of the associated 2nd stage SCI. The WTRU may also perform decoding of a second channel associated with the 1st stage SCI. The decoding of the 2nd stage SCI and the decoding of the second channel may be performed for a same sub-frame, slot and/or mini-slot.
