Such conditions may be caused by disease, be symptoms or sequelae of disease. Chronic and acute conditions may be due to viral infections such as HIV and AIDS, neoplastic diseases stroke, kidney disease, urinary incontinence, autoimmune disorders, Parkinson's disease, prostate hypertrophy, aging, dementia, or the treatment of such diseases. Additional compositions and methods are provided which employ a phorbol ester or derivative compound in combination with at least one additional agent to yield more effective treatment tools against acute and chronic conditions in mammalian subjects.

Whether the first object is the second object may be determined using a plurality of models to compare visual similarity of the two bounding boxes, to compare a three-dimensional location based on the distance to the first object and a three-dimensional location based on the distance to the second object, and to compare results from the first and second models. The vehicle may be controlled in an autonomous driving mode based on a result of the third model.
