    Abstract: Mechanisms for cross-carrier scheduling from a first cell to a second cell in a wireless networking scheme are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, from a base station (BS), a first configuration for scheduling in a first cell having a first subcarrier spacing (SCS), wherein the first configuration is associated with a first search space in the first cell. The method further includes receiving, from the BS, a second configuration for scheduling in the first cell, wherein the second configuration is associated with a second search space in a second cell, and wherein the second cell is associated with a different second SCS. The method further includes determining a number of blind detections (BDs) based on at least one of the first SCS or the second SCS, and monitoring, based on the number of BDs, for downlink control information (DCI) in the first and second search spaces.

    Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE). The apparatus may receive, from a base station via a DCI message, an indication of at least one K1 value corresponding to a plurality of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions over a plurality of PDSCH resources. The DCI message may comprise scheduling information for the plurality of PDSCH transmissions. The at least one K1 value may be associated with at least one physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource and indicative of a PDSCH-to-hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) timing. The apparatus may transmit, to the base station via the at least one PUCCH resource, at least one acknowledgment/negative-acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) indication associated with the at least one K1 value and corresponding to the plurality of PDSCH resources.

A transmitting (Tx) device transmits, to a receiving (Rx) device, a control message indicating a location of one or more noise spurs associated with wireless communications performed by the Tx device using a set of resources, where the location includes a frequency location of the one or more noise spurs in the frequency domain. The Tx device then generates a data message to be communicated using the set of resources associated with the one or more noise spurs based on transmitting the control message, and transmits the generated data message to the Rx device using the set of resources associated with the one or more noise spurs. By indicating the location of the noise spurs, the Rx device may be more able to more efficiently identify and address (e.g., filter out, ignore) the noise spurs within the data message.

A base station may reduce a transmission power of a scheduled downlink message relative to an expected transmission power of the scheduled downlink message in response to determining that the scheduled downlink message will cause at least a threshold level of interference with a concurrently scheduled uplink message. The base station may transmit the scheduled downlink message to a user equipment (UE) using the reduced transmission power and may transmit, to the UE an indication of a power adjustment for a downlink measurement of the scheduled downlink message. The UE may receive the indication after receiving the scheduled downlink message and may adjust the downlink measurement in accordance with the indication of the power adjustment.

The configuration includes an indication of a sounding reference signal (SRS) or uplink demodulation reference signal (DMRS) transmitted from a second UE as an interference measurement resource (IMR). The base station configures the second UE to transmit the SRS or the uplink DMRS on the IMR. The first UE measures the IMR to determine a cross-link interference of the second UE to the first UE. The UE transmits the CSI report. The CSI report includes at least one channel characteristic that takes into account the cross-link interference of the second UE. The CSI report may include information for a plurality of CSI-RS resource indicators (CRIs), each CRI associated with a same channel measurement resource (CMR) and a different IMR corresponding to a different second UE.
