    Abstract: A method for reducing the negative effect of heat acclimatization for the hatching of a poultry hatching egg is provided. A special light source is used as an ambient light to hatch the poultry hatching egg. The special light source is light-emitting diode (LED) monochromatic blue light with a light intensity of 20 lux to 50 lux and a wavelength of about 450 nm, such that the light can reduce the negative effect of heat acclimatization at a hatching stage of the poultry hatching egg. The method can reduce the levels of oxidation products such as malondialdehyde (MDA) and corticosterone in a chicken embryo during heat acclimatization at the hatching stage of the poultry hatching egg and increase the expression levels of antioxidase and heat shock protein (HSP) genes, and the special light source reduces the metabolic heat production of the chicken embryo.

    Abstract: A temperature demodulation method oriented toward a distributed fiber Raman temperature sensing system, the method comprising the following steps: step 1 of constructing a high-precision temperature detection device oriented towards a distributed fiber Raman sensing system; step 2 of performing signal processing with respect to Stokes light and anti-Stokes light at a calibration stage; step 3 of performing signal processing with respect to Stokes light and the anti-Stokes light at a measurement stage; and step 4 of obtaining a high-precision temperature demodulation technique oriented toward the distributed fiber Raman sensor. The method is used to effectively resolve the issue of low temperature measuring accuracy caused by Rayleigh crosstalk in existing distributed fiber Raman temperature measurement systems, and temperature measurement accuracy thereof is expected to fall within ±0.1° C. The method is applicable to distributed fiber Raman temperature measurement systems.

    Abstract: Neoantigens play a key role in the recognition of tumor cells by T cells. However, only a small proportion of neoantigens truly elicit T cell responses, and fewer clues exist as to which neoantigens are recognized by which T cell receptors (TCRs). To help determine the TCRs that interact with particular neoantigens, prediction models that predict TCR-binding specificities of neoantigens presented by different classes of major histocompatibility complex (MHCs) were developed. To confirm the applicability of the model to clinical settings, the prediction models were comprehensively validated by a series of analyses. The validated prediction models used a flexible transfer learning approach and differential learning schema to achieve highly accurate prediction of TCR binding specificity only using TCR sequence data, antigen sequence data, and MHC alleles.
