    Abstract: A method is provided of producing an optical filter. The method comprises depositing a first mirror layer onto a substrate; depositing an insulating layer on the first mirror; exposing at least some of a plurality of portions of a surface of the insulating layer to a dose of energy; developing the insulating layer in order to remove a volume from the at least some of the plurality of portions of the insulating layer, wherein the volume of the insulating layer removed from each portion. is related to the dose of energy exposed to each portion, and wherein a remaining thickness after the removal of the volume from each portion of the insulating layer is related to the dose of energy exposed to each portion. The method further comprising depositing a second mirror layer on the remaining thickness of each of the plurality of portions of the insulating layer.

The method includes: detecting a start time of a two-phase measurement interval at an onset of the two-phase flow; detecting an end time of the two-phase measurement interval at an end of the presence of the two-phase flow; determining and at least partially storing two-phase flow measurement values of the two-phase flow; determining at least one state variable of the single-phase medium; determining subsequently corrected two-phase flow measurement values as at least indirect input variables of a correction calculation; and outputting the corrected two-phase flow measurement values as individual values or as part of a cumulative flow measurement value.

The device may render a first subset of pixels in each bin of a set of bins during a first rendering pass, and defer rendering a second subset of pixels and a third subset of pixels in each bin of the set of bins during the first rendering pass. The second subset of pixels may include edge pixels and the third subset of pixels may be between the first subset of pixels and the second subset of pixels. The device may render the second subset of pixels and the third subset of pixels in each bin of the set of bins during a second rendering pass based on rendering the first subset of pixels. The device may then output the image based on the first and second rendering pass.

The method for making the flexible porous metal foil comprises: (1) making viscous suspension or muddy paste of raw material powder that will form the metal porous material using a dispersing agent and a binding agent; (2) injecting the suspension or paste into a mold for making membrane, and drying the suspension or paste to form a homogeneous membrane; (3) pressing the membrane to improve the stacking density of the powder particles; and (4) sintering the pressed membrane to obtain the flexible porous metal foil. The flexible porous metal foil has more uniform aperture distribution, and better flatness of the foil.
