The organic electroluminescent material is a novel metal complex that comprises a ligand having a fluorene structure and a ligand having a dibenzofuran, dibenzothiophene, or dibenzoselenophene structure, and has a general formula of M(La)m(Lb)n(Lc)q, where the ligand La has a structure represented by Formula IA, the ligand Lb has a structure represented by Formula IB, and the ligand Lc is a monoanionic bidentate ligand. The metal complex may be used as the light-emitting material in the organic electroluminescent device. These novel compounds can greatly improve the device efficiency and provide better device performance. Further provided are an electroluminescent device and a compound formulation.

The weight percentage of each components is 1%-60% of the fungicide, 0.0005%-0.05% of salicylic acid, and 0.001%-0.1% of compound sodium nitrophenolate. The seed coating agent has a good effect of promoting seed germination and strengthening seedlings on wheat seeds. Both silthiopham and coumoxystrobin are of low toxicity, and are safe for humans, animals, beneficial organisms, and the environment.

The method is used to effectively resolve the issue of low temperature measuring accuracy caused by Rayleigh crosstalk in existing distributed fiber Raman temperature measurement systems, and temperature measurement accuracy thereof is expected to fall within ±0.1° C. The method is applicable to distributed fiber Raman temperature measurement systems.

    Abstract: A battery system includes a rechargeable energy storage system (RESS) having battery cells, and a battery controller network configured to execute two-level logic to detect a thermal runaway condition. A battery control module (BCM) is in communication with the CMUs. Thermal runaway sensors are mounted on the CMUs and/or the BCM. A master controller connected to the BCM includes a thermal runaway detection algorithm configured to detect a thermal runaway condition occurring within the RESS. The BCM uses data from the CMUs and thermal runaway sensors to execute first logic level which determines when to wake up the master controller. The master controller, in response to receipt of a wakeup signal, executes a second logic level to execute the algorithm.
