  • Publication number: 20200334392
Abstract: A method for a space profile interpreter framework is described. The method includes a data interpreter module receiving a first data file having a data section that includes data representing real-world entities for a layer of a digital geographic structure. The data interpreter module communicates with a computing system for managing a location hierarchy. The module extracts location information included in multiple entity records for the layer. Each entity record corresponds to a respective space profile feature for a real-world entity of the digital geographic structure. A mapping module of a computing system associates the data item of the extracted location information with entity information of the location hierarchy managed by the computing system.

  • Patent number: 10762250
Abstract: A method for an interpreter framework is described. The method includes an interpreter module of a computing system receiving a first data file that includes multiple data sections. The interpreter module identifies each of the data sections of the first data file. Each data section includes data representing a real-world entity. For each respective data section of the first data file, the interpreter module parses information about the real-world entity represented by the data included in the data section. The interpreter module generates a second data file based on the parsed information for each of the data sections. The second data file includes encoded data for rendering a digital geographic structure using information about the real-world entity.

  • Publication number: 20200110773
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for personalizing new song suggestions for a user. A plurality of users provides thumbs up and thumbs down ratings for a pair of songs (song A and B). A first aggregate rating for song B is calculated based on ratings given to song A by all of the users that gave a like rating to song A. Similarly, a second aggregate rating is calculated for song B based on ratings given to song B by all users that gave a dislike rating to song A. Then a user that has not previously rated song B, supplies a rating for song A. A prediction is performed of how the user will rate song B based on the user's rating of song A. For example, the first aggregate rating for song B is used if the user rated song A positively.

  • Patent number: 9729910
Abstract: A content server monitors media preferences of a user associated with a partial user profile specifying partial demographic information about the user. The content server deconstructs the monitored media preferences to identify preferences of the user for musicological features of the media items. The content server infers profile information missing from the partial user profile responsive to the preferences of the user for musicological features of the media items, the inferring using baseline information associating profile information of a plurality of baseline users with preferences for musicological features of media items. The content server selects an advertisement using the inferred profile information, and provides the selected advertisement to a client device used by the user.
