  • Patent number: 7938371
Abstract: A wiring holding unit for holding a tubular receiving member receiving wiring therein includes a gripping member including a pair of gripping portions for gripping the receiving member, and a movable portion interconnecting the pair of gripping portions such that the pair of gripping portions are movable, and a fitting/fixing member which is separate from the gripping member, and is moved toward the gripping member in a direction generally perpendicular to a direction of fixing of the receiving member gripped by the gripping member, and is fitted on the gripping member to be fixed thereto, thereby preventing the pair of gripping portions from moving respectively in directions opposite respectively to gripping directions of the pair of gripping portions.

  • Publication number: 20110088944
Abstract: There is provided a wire harness which can improve the workability, stability, durability and safety. The wire harness 21 includes a plurality of high-voltage electric wires 22 connecting an inverter 4 and the battery 5, a protection member 23 protecting the plurality of high-voltage electric wires 22, and a fixation member 24 for a fixation with respect to a vehicle. The wire harness 21 is arranged to extend from a front portion inside vehicle 6 through a vehicle under-floor 10 to a rear portion inside vehicle 7. The protection member 23 includes an in-vehicle protection member 26, 27 and an under-floor protection member 28. The under-floor protection member 28 is a flat-shaped tube having a non-circular cross-sectional shape, is made of insulating synthetic resin and is formed into a concertina-shape having independent, circumferential projection portion and recess portion arranged alternatively in a continuous manner.

  • Publication number: 20100043225
Abstract: In a first production process, firstly, a flat corrugate tube 23 having a necessary length for wiring is prepared. Next, a grommet 25 and a protector 24 are assembled with the flat corrugate tube 23 at predetermined positions. In a second production process, high-voltage power lines 22 and low-voltage electric wires 27 are inserted into the flat corrugate tube 23 from the one opening 40 toward the other opening 41. In a third production process, ends of the high-voltage power lines 22 and the low-voltage electric wires 27 exposed from the one opening 40 and the other opening 41 of the flat corrugate tube 23 are treated. When the third production process is finished, the production of the wiring harness 21 is finished.

  • Publication number: 20100045106
Abstract: A buffering part 34 is formed by turning an end side of a wiring harness 30 in a U-shape, and by detachably holding a neighbor of an end of the wiring harness 32 with a retainer 29 of a protector 24 disposed on a middle of the wiring harness 33. A circular portion of the buffering part 34 can work as a buffer. The buffer performance of the buffering part 34 depends on flexibility and resiliency of a corrugate tube 25 and on a circular shape formed between a holding position of the retainer 29 and the neighbor of the end of the wiring harness 32.

  • Patent number: 7399922
Abstract: A wiring fixing member for fixing a receiving member, receiving wiring therein, to a mating member includes a base portion, a pair of holdingwalls which are formed on and project upwardly from the base portion, and can hold the receiving member therebetween in a manner to position the receiving member, and a pair of retaining portions which extend respectively from the pair of holding walls, and can retain the receiving member held by the pair of holding walls, the pair of retaining portions defining an opening therebetween which intersects a longitudinal direction of the receiving member, held by the pair of holding walls, at an acute angle.

  • Publication number: 20070267208
Abstract: Providing a shield wire, which can be manufactured at low cost and have a good flexibility, the shield wire is structured by one covered wire, a metal foil shield wound around the covered wire, and a sheath covering around the metal foil shield. In the metal foil shield, slits 41 are formed linearly along a lengthwise direction of a core, and the slits adjacent to each other with a space in a direction intersecting the lengthwise direction of the core are staggered along the lengthwise direction. The shield wire including such metal foil shield has a good flexibility.
