Abstract: A method of determining blood pressure measurements includes inflating a cuff, receiving an indication of pressure inside the cuff during inflation, determining a blood pressure based at least in part on the received indication, assigning a confidence level to the blood pressure, and determining whether the confidence level satisfies a threshold confidence level. Based at least on a determination that the confidence level satisfies a threshold confidence level, the method can include causing a display to display the blood pressure. Based at least on a determination that the confidence level does not satisfy a threshold confidence level, the method can include deflating the cuff, receiving an indication of pressure inside the cuff during deflation, determining another blood pressure, and causing a display to display a blood pressure.

  • Patent number: 12017179
Abstract: In a general aspect, interfacial surface structures for removing carbon dioxide from a gaseous feed are presented. In some cases, a method of removing carbon dioxide gas from a gaseous feed includes wetting surfaces of an interfacial surface structure in a gas-liquid contactor with an alkaline capture solution. The gaseous feed containing the CO2 gas is passed across the wetted surfaces of the interfacial surface structure to dissolve the CO2 gas in the alkaline capture solution. A CO2-rich alkaline capture solution is collected from the gas-liquid contactor. The CO2-rich alkaline capture solution includes dissolved CO2 gas from the gaseous feed.

  • Publication number: 20240186747
Abstract: A magnetic connector has a plug core disposed around a plug contact set and a receptacle core disposed around a receptacle contact set. The plug core defines a generally elongated circular plug core edge. The receptacle core defines a generally elongated concentric-circular receptacle core edge. The receptacle core edge defines an air gap, and the plug core defines an anchor configured to insert into the air gap. A coil is disposed around the receptacle core, and the coil, the plug core and the air gap define a magnetic circuit. The coil is electrically energized so as to form a magnetic field within an air gap, lock the anchor within the air gap and lock the plug contact set to the receptacle contact set accordingly.

  • Patent number: 11948153
Abstract: System and method for automatically calling back a customer via a predictive model determines a plurality of call-back metrics for a plurality of advisor records. The predictive model is applied to call-back data to identify customers that are likely to require a series of call-backs, and automatically generates a preferred call-back to such customers to reduce this risk. The automated call-back may follow termination of an identified customer's inbound call, or at some time after completion of a previous call interaction of the identified customer with an advisor. In the predictive model, a first compilation of call-back metrics record is representative of an overall likelihood of call-backs associated with each advisor record, and a second compilation of the plurality of call-back metrics is representative of a likelihood of call-backs for each of the plurality of products of the enterprise associated with the advisor record.
