The tracking engine, based on the event data, updates a design space timeline. The design space timeline illustrates the evolution of the design space over time.

    Abstract: In one aspect, a light module is disclosed, which includes a housing providing a hollow chamber extending from a proximal end to a distal end, and a lens positioned in the hollow chamber, where the lens has a lens body comprising an input surface for receiving light from a light source and an output surface through which light exits the lens body, said lens further comprising a collar at least partially encircling said lens body. The light module further includes at least one shoulder on which the lens collar can be seated for positioning the lens within the housing. A light source, e.g., an LED, is coupled to the hollow chamber, e.g., at its proximal end, for providing light to the lens. In some embodiments, an optical window is disposed in the hollow chamber and is optically coupled to the output surface of the lens such that the light exiting the lens passes through the optical window before exiting the light module. In some embodiments, the shoulder can be formed as part of the housing.

A plurality of fasteners may be configured to extend through one or more of the plurality of through holes in the bone plate and/or one or more of the plurality of holes in the intramedullary nail and into the bone. The plate and nail may each be used alone or in combination together to stabilize a fracture in a long bone, such as a humerus.

    Abstract: Expressly turning tracing on and off at each juncture between code that a developer wants to have traced and other code may reduce trace file size but adds computational cost. Described technologies support selectively tracing a process's execution, with some extra tracing done beyond the code the developer wanted traced, but with significantly reduced computational cost, by reducing the number of trace enablement and disablement operations. A trace controller uses a tracing disablement distance variable whose values indicate the computational distance from trace disablement. A distance variable modifier automatically moves the distance variable closer to a stop-tracing value as the process executes. The amount of extra tracing is balanced against the reduction in trace enablement/disablement operations by tuning thresholds, based on information about routine size and computational cost.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the invention provides a method for determining a patient-specific probability of disease. The method collects clinical parameters from a plurality of patients to create a training database. A fully unsupervised Bayesian Belief Network model is created using data from the training database; and, the fully unsupervised Bayesian Belief Network is validated. Clinical parameters are collected from an individual patient; and, such clinical parameters are input into the fully unsupervised Bayesian Belief Network model via a graphical user interface. The patient-specific probability of the healing rate of an acute traumatic wound is output from the fully unsupervised Bayesian Belief Network model and sent to the graphical user interface for use by a clinician in pre-operative planning. The fully unsupervised Bayesian Belief Network model is updated using the clinical parameters from the individual patient and the patient-specific probability of the healing rate of an acute traumatic wound.

    Abstract: An automatic card shuffler to shuffle eight decks of cards (or less) and deal a round of Baccarat. The automatic shuffler comprises two pre-shuffle bins, each receiving approximately four decks of cards wherein the pre-shuffle bins are spaced apart from one another with card slides directing to a card-receiving area. Cards are randomly selected from the cards in each of the pre-shuffle bins and propelled onto the card slides directing the cards to the card-receiving area. Once a sufficient number of buffer cards (e.g., seven) have been deposited into the card-receiving area, a card flipper moves the seven cards against a face plate of an integral dealing shoe. A buffer-holder member maintains the buffer cards against the face plate for dealing as the card flipper returns to a home position to receive more shuffled cards while buffer cards are being dealt in a round of Baccarat.

Breakpoints are set to align trace locations with source code expressions or statements, and to skip over garbage collection and other code unlikely to interest a developer. A live debugging environment is adapted to support trace-based reverse execution. An execution controller in a debugger or other tool may utilize breakpoint ranges, cross-level mappings, backward step-out support, and other items to control a replay execution of the trace.
