  • Publication number: 20080061449
Abstract: A semiconductor component arrangement having a semiconductor component, a mount, and an adhesive, wherein the adhesive connects the semiconductor component to the mount and the adhesive contains a marker substance. Also disclosed is a method for inspecting the connection of a semiconductor component to a mount. The semiconductor component is fixed on the mount using an adhesive, wherein the adhesive contains a marker substance, the mount with the semiconductor component is cleaned, and the mount is inspected for residues of the adhesive on the basis of radiation which is characteristic of the marker substance.

  • Patent number: 7340231
Abstract: In the method according to the invention the communication device has a microphone and a signal path leading from the microphone to a speaker, where the signal path comprises a programmable signal processing unit. According to the method the user is given control in a training session over one or more signal processing parameters within the signal processing unit. In the training session the user listens to the sound of his or her own voice transmitted through the communication device, and adjusts the one or more signal processing parameters until he or she is satisfied with the sound quality of his/her own voice. The values of the signal processing parameters chosen by the user during the training session are stored in a storing means within the device, and the programmable signal processing automatically uses the stored parameter when detection means within the unit detects the users own voice.

  • Patent number: 7156723
Abstract: A system for the grinding of unencumbered and encumbered sections of rail includes a locomotive that pulls a first and a second grinding module. The first grinding module is movable between a first and a second position. In the first position, the first grinding module is presented at angle enabling grinding of unencumbered section of rail while in the second position, the first grinding module is presented at an able enabling grinding of the encumbered section of rail. The locomotive continues in non-stop forward motion while the first grinding module is moved back and forth between its first and second positions. The second grinding module is generally used only for grinding of encumbered rail sections and is used simultaneously with the first grinding module in its second position.
