    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a delivery system for delivering a leadless pacemaker. The delivery system may include a catheter, which may be a guide catheter. The catheter includes a distal end, a proximal end opposite the distal end, a lumen extending between the distal end and the proximal end, and a locking hub operably coupled to the proximal end. The locking hub includes a lumen segment of the lumen. In one implementation, self-biasing of the lumen segment places the lumen segment out of alignment with a rest of the lumen. Deflecting the lumen segment against the self-biasing of the lumen segment places the lumen segment in coaxial alignment with the rest of the lumen. In another implementation, self-biasing of the lumen segment reduces an inner diameter of the lumen segment and actuation of the locking hub expands the inner diameter.

    Abstract: A gripping appliance is disclosed. A head assembly is releasably attached to, and extends distal from, a base member. A plunger actuator moves a plunger along a proximal-distal axis of the gripping appliance. The head assembly includes a carrier with a through opening which receives the plunger and at least two gripping legs. Each of the gripping legs include a tip portion distal of a fixation portion, an actuation portion adjacent to and proximal of the tip portion, and a flex portion between the actuation and fixation portions. The actuation portions contact the plunger when the plunger is in an extended, distal position. The fixation portions are rigidly mounted to the carrier. The actuation and tip portions are distal from the carrier. When no force is transferred from the plunger to the gripping legs, the tip portions converge in a proximal-distal direction of the gripping appliance.

The receiver may receive radio-frequency signals using the antenna and may generate digital in-phase and quadrature-phase (I/Q) samples from the radio-frequency signals. The I/Q samples may have a bit width and may be transmitted to the baseband circuitry over the digital interface. The baseband circuitry may evaluate a radio condition of the receiver based on the I/Q samples. The baseband circuitry may adjust the bit width of the I/Q samples based on the radio condition. For example, the baseband circuitry may decrease the bit width when wireless performance metric data falls below a threshold and/or may increase the bit width when the wireless performance metric data exceeds a threshold. This may minimize power consumed by the digital interface without sacrificing wireless performance.
