    Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for computerized methods and systems for processing transaction disputes and processing transactions associated with compromised accounts. According to one exemplary method, a server receives, from a user device, an instruction for disputing a transaction associated with a user account. The server can initiate, based on a record of the transaction, a dispute investigation, and issue provisional credit to the user account for the transaction. Based on a transaction history associated with the user account, the server can determine a plurality of expected transactions associated with the user account and cause the determined expected transactions to be displayed on the user device. After receiving a transaction authorization for at least one of the plurality of expected transactions, the server can process payments for the at least one of the plurality of expected transactions, and generate a notification indicating a status of the dispute investigation.

The point spread function engineered profile transforms a point spread function of a light source to form a wavelength dependent geometric pattern. The geometric pattern can also preserve spatial location information of the light source. Such a phase plate permits extracting three-dimensional position and the wavelength of a point emitter.

    Abstract: The compressed gas cylinder (1) is suitable for use in delivering medical gas therapy to ambulatory patients. The compressed gas cylinder (1) has a hollow main body (2) in which therapeutic gas is stored under pressure; a cylinder head (3); a gas outlet (4); and a display (6). The display (6) provides estimates of the time remaining before full depletion of the gas within the cylinder (1). Estimates of the time remaining are based upon estimates of the amount of gas remaining in the gas cylinder (1). However, temperature variation and fluctuations in actual measurements can cause substantial errors when estimating the amount of gas remaining. The improved gas cylinder (1) reduces these errors by calculating time remaining based upon two values for the amount of gas remaining that differ by at least a predetermined minimum.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for a trusted service provider (TSP) which assists with the secure exchange of data across the public switched telephone network. Communications are routed via a TSP, which uses cryptographic techniques to conceal the identities (e.g., telephone numbers) of the call initiator and call recipient, thereby preventing traffic analysis attacks. The TSP also performs cryptographic handshakes with the call initiator and call recipient to authenticate callers. The TSP further provides cryptographic keying material which communicants may use to help protect communications and to directly authenticate and identify each other. Although the TSP is trusted to negotiate the connection and is involved in the process, the communicants can perform their own key agreement and authentication for protecting data routed via the TSP.
