    Abstract: A method for selecting an application and associated operational guidance to utilize on a mobile device is disclosed. In one embodiment, such a method identifies a selected environment of interest. Within the selected environment, the method identifies one or more applications that are commonly utilized by users within the selected environment and documents the one or more applications. The method detects physical entry of a particular user into the selected environment and, in response to detecting the entry, automatically notifies the particular user of the one or more applications that are commonly utilized within the selected environment. In certain embodiments, the method enables the user to quickly launch the one or more applications and/or provides operational guidance to the user with regard to using the one or more applications. A corresponding system and computer program product are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A chimeric lysozyme variant has an improved heat resistance and is encoded by a polynucleotide. A novel chimeric lysozyme sequence is constructed, and high-efficiency expression in a host cell is achieved. The thermal stability of the chimeric lysozyme under the condition of 60° C. is nearly doubled compared to a parental sequence. The chimeric lysozyme variant can be used to prepare product that is antibiotic, for example, animal feed additive containing the chimeric lysozyme variant and an animal feed containing the animal feed additive.

The sample transfer chamber, the nucleic acid extraction chamber and the assay setup chamber are separated and operated independently. Three chambers are connected through the bridging modules, so the nucleic acid extraction kit can be sequentially moved in the sample transfer chamber, the nucleic acid extraction chamber and the assay setup chamber.

The barrier layer is formed by at least the following steps. A first TiN layer is formed on the work function layer. A top portion of the first TiN layer is converted into a trapping layer, and the trapping layer includes silicon atoms or aluminum atoms. A second TiN layer is formed on the trapping layer.

A source line is coupled to the (B*S) NAND strings in the block. String select line drivers supply voltages to connect NAND strings on multiple string select lines to corresponding bit lines simultaneously. Word line drivers are coupled to apply word line voltages to a word line or word lines in a selected level. A plurality of bit line drivers apply input data to the B bit lines simultaneously. A current sensing circuit is coupled to the source line.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to an in situ closed-loop radio frequency (RF) power management on RF processes such as a plasma etch process, a plasma chemical vapor deposition process, a plasma physical vapor deposition process, a plasma clean process, or the like. An RF power measurement device according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure assists the in situ closed-loop RF power management on RF processes. In some embodiments, the RF power measurement device includes a coil-shaped current sensor that is wound around the path between an RF generator and a chamber. The coil-shaped current sensor senses the current flowing through this path so that the power of the RF generator may be calibrated without having to separate the RF generator for separate analysis and calibration. The RF power measurement device allows management of RF power in an in situ closed-loop manner.
