    Abstract: A banknote stacking and sorting module comprises a banknote clamping and conveying sub-module, which comprises a clamping mechanism and a vertical reciprocating mechanism thereof. Clamping mechanism comprises bearing plate, support, cam, clamping rod and clamping spring. Cam is rotatably mounted on support. Clamping rod comprises clamping end, transmission end and hinged part between clamping end and transmission end. Hinged part of clamping rod is hinged on support. Cam engages with transmission end of clamping rod and can drive clamping rod in rotation around second rotary shaft between released position and clamped position. One end of clamping spring is fixed on support and the other end is connected to clamping end of clamping rod so as to provide to clamping rod an elastic force for clamping banknotes.

    Abstract: A low pressure drop structured packing sheet with diversion windows, which are formed on both crests and troughs. When in the expanded state where the diversion window and packing sheet are flat on the same plane, the diversion window has an opening and a fan-shaped portion, with the area of the opening being 0%-1000% of that of the fan-shaped portion. Two side intersection lines between the fan-shaped portion and packing sheet is symmetrical with respect to a central folding line which divides the fan-shaped portion into a left part and a right part. The two side intersection lines intercept to each other with an angel of about 10°-170°. When in the operating state where the diversion window and packing sheet are partially folded towards opposite directions, the fluid at the trough flows to a crest of the other side of the packing sheet with the help of diversion windows, thus increasing the area of vapor-liquid mass transfer.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a method of epitaxial growth effectively preventing auto-doping effect. This method starts with the removal of impurities from the semiconductor substrate having heavily-doped buried layer region and from the inner wall of reaction chamber to be used. Then the semiconductor substrate is loaded in the cleaned reaction chamber to be pre-baked under vacuum conditions so as to remove moisture and oxide from the surface of said semiconductor substrate before the extraction of the dopant atoms desorbed from the surface of the semiconductor substrate. Next, under high temperature and low gas flow conditions, a first intrinsic epitaxial layer is formed on the surface of said semiconductor substrate where the dopant atoms have been extracted out. Following this, under low temperature and high gas flow conditions, a second epitaxial layer of required thickness is formed on the structural surface of the grown intrinsic epitaxial layer. Last, silicon wafer is unloaded after cooling.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are materials and methods for sensitizing multidrug resistant cancer cells that express ABCG2 and related proteins members of a family of ATP-binding transporter superfamily that mediate drug efflux found in some types of multidrug resistant cancer cells. A series of compounds, including (N-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-[(6-{[4,6-di(4-morpholinyl)-1,3,5-tri-azin-2-yl]amino}-1,3-benzothiazol-2-yl)sulfanyl]acetamide), specifically inhibits ABCG2 and can be used to boost the bio-avail-ability of one or more effective cancer killing drugs, making it possible to use certain widely used chemotherapeutic reagent to treat multidrug resistance cancers. Using these compounds in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs that are substrates for ABCG2 and related proteins may also find utility in treating cancer cells that are not currently identified as multi-drug resistant. Additionally, these compounds appear to accelerate the intercellular degradation of ABCG2 and related proteins.
