    Abstract: Disclosed is a differential transimpedance amplifier (TIA). In the differential TIA, an input end of the first source follower is coupled to the first output end of a first differential amplification circuit. The output end of the first source follower is coupled to the second input end of a second differential amplification circuit with feedback and a first feedback resistor. The input end of a second source follower is coupled to the second output end of the first differential amplification circuit. The output end of the second source follower is coupled to the first input end of the second differential amplification circuit with feedback and a second feedback resistor. A photo diode and a dummy diode are coupled respectively to two input ends of the first differential amplification circuit.

    Abstract: A body coil for an MRI system has a conductor management and a tuning/detuning circuit. The tuning/detuning circuit is connected to the conductor management, and used to subject the conductor management to tuning/detuning control by a control signal. The tuning/detuning circuit has a control signal interface, a switch diode unit and an AC/DC conversion circuit. The control signal interface receives the control signal. There is at least one switch diode unit, respectively series-connected on at least one antenna rod and/or at least one end ring of the body coil conductor management. The AC/DC conversion circuit has a rectifying circuit, for converting the power of an input RF emission signal in the MRI system to a DC current, the DC current being used to provide a DC current for the switch diode unit to be turned on. The body coil reduces the cost of a DC power supply, and this reduces heat generated by the diodes.

    Abstract: A method for constructing networked preferential gas migration pathways and diverting and extracting gas. The method proposes that a fracture generation hole, a fracture guidance and development hole, a lateral rupture hole, and a fracture connection hole are respectively constructed in a roof in roadways on two sides of a working face in advance of an advance stress change area. Artificial guided fractures are actively constructed and formed inside the hard roof. Under a mining-induced stress effect, the artificial guided fractures and mining-induced fractures intersect with and are connected to each other to form networked preferential gas migration pathways. Meanwhile, boreholes for artificial guided fractures accelerate roof fracturing to form a rupture bed separation fracture area in a roof. Gas flows and migrates in a timely and efficient manner along networked fracture pathways and concentrates in the rupture bed separation fracture area in the roof.

    Abstract: A method for exosome separation and extraction by stacked centrifugal filtration. It is used in molecular biology and clinical examination and comprises an exosome separation and extraction kit consisting of the stacked centrifugal filtration device, incubation buffer and protease K. The sample to be tested is incubated at room temperature using the incubation buffer and an appropriate amount of protease K, followed by centrifugation with the stacked centrifugal filtration device. After mixing thoroughly, the retentate in the ultrafiltration tube is collected to obtain the exosomes. The method needs no ultracentrifugation equipment and allows quick acquisition of purified exosomes within 30 min. This method is suitable for clinical purification for exosome tests, featuring by its short operating time and the ability for parallel treatment of multiple samples, with reasonable cost.
