  • Patent number: 6978926
Abstract: The invention provides a circulating type bank note depositing and dispensing machine with which the progress of depositing and dispensing is made visible from a customer side, speeding up the temporary storage of deposited bank notes and facilitating the return of the temporarily stored bank notes if the deposit is not approved. The bank note depositing and dispensing ports are disposed on the upper side of the machine body, making it possible for a customer to observe or check the progress of a deposit or dispensing. Temporarily stored deposited bank notes are disposed in the front side area of the machine body, and if the deposit is not approved, the front side door of the temporary storage portion opens to allow the temporarily stored bank notes to be taken out from the front side of the machine body, facilitating the quick return of the temporarily stored bank notes.

  • Patent number: 6717522
Abstract: A message providing apparatus according to one embodiment is apparently a small-sized (for sample, screen size of about 3.5 inches) flat display (for example, LCD), wherein a speaker is provided at a cabinet, and a memory card that is a message data storage medium is inserted into the cabinet. Advertisement display data is stored to be classified into a moving image layer indicating a landscape, a still image layer indicating a commodity, a graphic (POP) layer indicating a price, a character layer indicating a catch phrase, and a sound layer which are displayed to be superimposed as required. BGM music data is also stored as the sound layer, and is reproduced in synchronism with a display. Advertisement characters are printed at the cabinet. When power is supplied, the apparatus automatically starts data reproduction of the memory card (by using a power on play function), and when all the data has been reproduced, the apparatus automatically restarts reproduction (by using an auto replay function).

  • Patent number: 6350952
Abstract: Disclosed is a semiconductor plastic package having a structure in which a metal sheet having a size nearly equivalent to a printed wiring board is disposed nearly in the central portion in the thickness direction of the printed wiring board. The metal sheet and a signal propagation conductive circuit on a front surface of the printed wiring board are insulated from each other with a thermosetting resin composition. The conductive circuit on the printed wiring board surface is connected to a conductive circuit formed on an opposite surface of the printed wiring board, or to a conductive circuit pad formed for being connected with solder balls with a conductive through hole. A semiconductor chip, wire and bonding pad are encapsulated with a resin. The semiconductor plastic package has at least one blind via hole made in the opposite surface so as to be directly connected to the metal sheet. • Publication number: 20020018445
Abstract: A communication terminal apparatus and a communication intercepting apparatus performs a communication interception even on a communication network such as the Internet, an Intranet, or the like in which a communication route is not fixed. While the communication terminal apparatus is executing voice communication with another communication terminal apparatus, the communication intercepting apparatus transmits a monitor request signal to the communication terminal apparatus. When the monitor request signal is received, the communication terminal apparatus stores voice data which is transmitted to another communication terminal apparatus and voice data received from another communication terminal apparatus into a monitoring packet and transmits the monitoring packet to the communication intercepting apparatus. The communication intercepting apparatus receives the monitoring packet and reproduces the transmitted packets.

  • Publication number: 20010051211
Abstract: Embodiments include a manufacturing method and a plating apparatus for film carrier tapes, in which the plating process does not cause hollowed-out portions in a copper foil at end sections of the solder resist or of the adhesive. A plating apparatus 44 is formed from a first plating bath 46, a second plating bath 48 and a transfer path 54. Plating liquid 60 in the first plating bath 46 is set to a liquid temperature level lower than that of the plating liquid 60 in the second plating bath 48. The transfer path 54 is formed from sprockets that can transfer the film carrier tape 20. In the plating apparatus 44 thus constructed, the deposition amount is small in the first plating bath 46, and therefore a plated layer may be uniformly formed on exposed portions. After a plated layer is formed, the film carrier tape 20 is brought in the second plating bath 48 to form a new plated layer over the plated layer that has been formed.

  • Patent number: 6301127
Abstract: In the case where a power supply circuit assembly having a small transformer and various electronic components mounted on a mounting substrate is housed in an insulating case, and the case is filled with a resin, the occurrence of cracks at soldering parts situated around the roots of pin terminals projecting from a lower surface of the mounting substrate is avoided. In a circuit block configured in such a manner that an assembly (1) comprising a mounting substrate (2) constituting the power supply circuit is housed in a case (13), and the case (13) is filled with a resin (14), primary-side pin terminals (11) and secondary-side pin terminals (12) are formed to have an L-shape, and their linear portions pass through a coil bobbin (6).

  • Patent number: 5538832
Abstract: A developing solution comprising a specific amount of a quaternary ammonium hydroxide represented by the general formula [(R.sup.1).sub.3 N--R].sup.+ .multidot.OH.sup.- (R indicates an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a hydroxy-substituted alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R.sup.1 indicates an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms) and, if necessary, a quaternary ammonium hydrogen carbonate represented by the general formula [(R.sup.1).sub.3 N--R].sup.+ .multidot.HCO.sub.3.sup.- (R and R.sup.1 are the same as the above) and having a pH in the range of 9 to 13, and a process for producing printed circuit boards using an organic alkali solution, are provided. The developing solution needs no defoaming agent because it causes little foaming. Printed circuit boards produced by using the developing solution have excellent finished accuracy. Therefore, fine circuits of printed circuit networks can be produced with stability.
