Patent number: 10518477Abstract: A system and method for fabricating and installing structure siding with the appearance of logs fashioned from at least one mold configured from digital scans of existing logs of an antiquated log cabin is described. The process facilitates the reuse of scans amounting to digital files representing an existing log cabin structure. Via the system, staff members may craft a recreation of the façade of an existing log cabin numerous times on modern homes without the removal of the original logs, taking out all unwanted imperfections of the existing log cabin structure. A high-definition metrology grade scanner is preferably employed to capture the appearance of the existing log cabin in great detail such that molds may be formed to facilitate its reproduction. Composite façades may be created based on scans of logs derived from a variety of existing log cabins to create a new design.Type: GrantFiled: May 24, 2019Date of Patent: December 31, 2019Inventor: Travis Edward Williamson

Patent number: 10433609Abstract: A garment worn by a wearer has an exterior shell and an interior shell with various impact absorbing material between the exterior shell and the interior shell. The impact absorbing material includes multiple structures, such as rods or filaments, capable of deforming when force is applied then returning to its state prior to application of the force. In various embodiments, a rate sensitive material (RSM) is positioned in one or more locations relative to the exterior shell and the interior shell of the garment to further attenuate impacts to the garment. The RSM changes its resistance to force based on a rate at which the material is loaded.Type: GrantFiled: January 5, 2017Date of Patent: October 8, 2019Assignee: VICIS, Inc.Inventors: Per Reinhall, Paul C. Leonard, Travis Edward Glover, Andre Hunter Paggao Stone, Anton Perry Alferness, Kurt V. Fischer, Gary S. Kaplan, John T. Dardis, II, Samuel R. Browd

Patent number: 9759565Abstract: A ring laser gyroscope comprises a block defining a hermetically sealed cavity for a ring laser formed when a lasing medium disposed within the cavity is excited. A cathode and an anode are attached to the block at two fill positions comprised within the cavity, and exposed to the lasing medium such that the lasing medium is ionized when a high voltage pulse is supplied across cathode and anode. At least two RF electrodes are attached to the block, positioned on opposing sides to generate a capacitive discharge for the purpose of keeping the lasing medium excited. The gyro comprises a matching circuit to tune the frequency of a radio frequency (RF) signal generated by a RF power source before the RF signal is sent to the electrodes. The matching circuit is coupled to the RF electrodes via respective lead wires, and comprises an element matching network.Type: GrantFiled: January 15, 2015Date of Patent: September 12, 2017Assignee: Honeywell International Inc.Inventors: Terry Dean Stark, Jason Wiebesick, Travis Edward Christle, Douglas R. Publication number: 20170196291Abstract: A garment worn by a wearer has an exterior shell and an interior shell with impact absorbing material comprising various structures between the exterior shell and the interior shell. When force is applied to the exterior shell, the structures of the impact absorbing materials deform (e.g., compress), reducing the force received by the interior shell. For example, the impact absorbing material forms structures such as multiple branched “Y” shapes or multiple cylindrical rods with a surface contacting the exterior shell and a surface contacting the interior shell. The interior of the rods and other impact absorbing structures may be filled with a deformable material, such as foam. The impact absorbing material may be formed into jacks, spherical shapes, bristles, intersecting arches, or other shapes positioned between the exterior shell and the interior shell.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 5, 2017Publication date: July 13, 2017Inventors: Travis Edward Glover, André Hunter Paggao Stone, Kurt V. Patent number: 9573807Abstract: A managed print service (MPS) system is used to analyze the costs associated with creating hardcopies on document output devices in end user customer environments, develop proposals to optimize the placement and use of document output devices based on the end user customer's desired workflow, and manage the resulting optimized document output device fleet in the replenishment of supplies. MPS providers can also use the system to manage break/fix services to maintain the uptime, or availability, of the fleet of document output devices. The system provides a predictive supplies replenishment module that accounts for variations in user behaviors when determining whether a replacement supply is needed and identifies replacement supplies according to multiple trigger thresholds that are based on calculations of the remaining days of the supplies in the devices. The system also provides device-specific routing labels for different supply parts that are sent to the same shipping address.Type: GrantFiled: October 12, 2011Date of Patent: February 21, 2017Assignee: Distribution Management, Inc.Inventors: Michelle Therese Weaver Kaufman, Joachim Landes, Mark White Montgomery, Travis Edward Cottrell, Bernard Raphael Kister, Ronald Harold Alphin, Douglas Lee Johnson

Patent number: 9143428Abstract: A wireless communication device that executes applications receives keep-alive messages including keep-alive data from the applications. The device processes the keep-alive data to select keep-alive messages for keep-alive message integration. The wireless communication device transfers integrated keep-alive data for the selected messages during a transfer window. A wireless communication system receives and processes the integrated keep-alive data to transfer individual keep-alive messages having the keep-alive data.Type: GrantFiled: March 22, 2010Date of Patent: September 22, 2015Assignee: Sprint Communications Company L.P.Inventors: Kosol Jintaseranee, Travis Edward Dawson
