    Abstract: Split-gate memory cells and fabrication methods thereof. A split-gate memory cell comprises a plurality of isolation regions formed on a semiconductor substrate along a first direction, between two adjacent isolation regions defining an active region having a pair of drains and a source region. A top level of the active regions is lower than a top level of the isolation regions. A pair of floating gates is disposed on the active regions and aligned with the isolation regions, wherein a passivation layer is disposed on the floating gate to prevent thinning from CMP. A pair of control gates is self-aligned with the floating gates and disposed on the floating gates along a second direction. A source line is disposed between the pair of control gates along the second direction. A pair of select gates is disposed on the outer sidewalls of the pair of control gates along the second direction.

    Abstract: An electric variable inertia apparatus uses a servo drive device to drive a planetary gear mechanism to which a load assembly is attached to provide variable and wide-ranging rotational inertia. A planetary frame and a ring gear of the planetary gear mechanism act as two input ends of the electric variable inertia apparatus, and a rotated shaft of a sun gear assembly of the planetary gear mechanism acts as a load terminal. The load assembly is rotated at a controlled rotational velocity with the ring gear to generate a widely ranging rotational inertia to change a dissipating degree of an input energy from the planetary frame. The electric variable inertia apparatus can be used in different fields such as shock absorbers, stabilizers, dampers or vibrators in the automotive field, etc.

    Abstract: A camera service port has an automatic termination for connecting to a near-side monitor. The camera service includes an audio jack and a phone jack. The second connector is flexible to connect to the first terminal without being connected to an equivalent resistor.     Abstract: A data protection system and method apply to a computer device. The computer device links to a data protection system. The data protection system contains or links to at least two storage units. The data protection method partitions all the storage units into two blocks, and one block functions as an active memory zone, and another block functions as a backup memory zone. In each cycle of data backup, a portion of the operating storage units are backuped to the storage units in the backup memory zone. Then, the role of the storage units that have been backuped and the role of the storage units that have backuped data interchange with the active memory zone and the backup memory zone respectively having original numbers of the storage units. When one storage unit malfunctions, data can be retrieved from another storage unit and written back to the malfunctioning storage unit. In the present invention, the storage units alternately backup data.
