  • Publication number: 20130247336
Abstract: A roller shutter bead chain connector includes a connector main body having an internal receiving space for receiving beads of the bead chain. Two engagement slots are formed at two ends of the connector main body. A string segment between two beads is engaged into the engagement slot to connect the connector main body with the bead chain for controlling the up and down movement of the roller shutter. The connection main body can be fitted on any section of the bead chain as necessary, whereby the connection main body can be stopped to locate the roller shutter curtain at a desired height.

  • Publication number: 20130067835
Abstract: A decorative frame body includes at least four decorative boards and several fixing seats. Each decorative board has a sunshade section and an engagement channel formed on the bottom face of the decorative board. Each fixing seat has a fixing base and latch sections extending from the fixing base in adaptation to the engagement channel. The fixing seats are fixed on the wall face beside the window frame. The latch sections of the fixing seats are latched in the engagement channel to connect the decorative boards with the fixing seats as a decorative periphery of the window. The sunshade sections of the decorative boards serve to block the gaps between the blind slats and the window frame and prevent the sunlight from going into the room from the gap.

  • Patent number: 8365362
Abstract: A safety release device for Roman blind pull cord is disposed between the control pull cord of the Roman blind and a lower suspension thereof. The safety release device includes a latch body for connecting with the pull cord, a latch ring seat connected with the lower suspension of the Roman blind, and a connection barrel. The latch body can be plugged into and latched with the connection barrel or extracted out of the connection barrel. The latch body has a latch force greater than the weight of the suspended Roman blind. When an abnormal pulling force greater than the latch force between the latch body and the connection barrel is applied to the pull cord in any direction, the latch body will be easily extracted out of the connection barrel to avoid tangle of the pull cord with a kid and ensure safety in use of the Roman blind.

  • Publication number: 20120227913
Abstract: A polygonal drum for controlling blind slats is pivotally connected with a control bar in a blind tilt mechanism for adjusting the angle of the blind slats or controlling opening/closing the blind slats. The polygonal drum includes an elongated equilateral polygonal drum body having multiple plane sidewalls with equal area. The plane sidewalls form the periphery of the elongated equilateral polygonal drum body for winding/unwinding a ladder string by equal length. Accordingly, the blind slats can be easily stably operated and adjusted without obstacle. The polygonal drum further includes multiple reinforcement ribs perpendicularly extending from inner faces of the plane sidewalls to integrally connect with a control bar passage. The reinforcement ribs serve to increase the strength of the polygonal drum so as to overcome the problem of deformation of the conventional control drum.

  • Patent number: 8201789
Abstract: A blind support for installation of a blind rail. The blind support includes a main support body and an engagement member. The main support body has two horizontal support boards and a vertical support board connected between the horizontal support boards to form a support body with an open side. The blind rail can be placed into the main support body through the open side thereof and supported by the main support body. The engagement member has horizontally extending abutment sections that can be slidably received slide channels of the main support body. Each abutment section has a key body projecting therefrom. The key bodies are engageable in engagement holes formed on the main support body to block the open side thereof and enclose and support the blind rail.

  • Publication number: 20120091246
Abstract: A cord winder seat structure installed in a shutter rail for controlling opening/closing of the slats of the shutter. The cord winder seat structure includes a cord reel having a polygonal drum body. The polygonal drum body is composed of several plane sidewalls connected with each other. The polygonal drum body has several angles contained between the plane sidewalls. A pull cord is wound around the polygonal drum body for rotating the cord reel. The angles of the polygonal drum body serve as pull points for the pull cord. When a user pulls the pull cord to rotate the cord reel, the pull cord can apply a pull force to the angles to more precisely operate and locate the cord reel and save strength. An oblique slot is formed on a plane sidewall of the drum body on an inner side thereof to avoid tangling of the pull cord.

  • Patent number: 7926541
Abstract: A ladder drum for adjusting and regulating the angular orientation and closure of horizontal slats of a venetian blind, of the type incorporating ladder cords or tape ladders, having a polygonal profiled structure comprising a series of planar sidewalls defining a substantially hollow interior. The number of sidewalls defining the polygonal structure is greater than four sidewalls, and less than or equal to twelve sidewalls, with each adjacent plane sidewall having an internal angular orientation in the range of 90° to 150°. To enhance the uniform closure of the slats of a horizontal blind, the polygonal ladder drum is more preferably in the form of an uneven hexagon that is formed from injection molded plastics. The opposing top and bottom sidewalls are greater in dimension than the mediate sidewalls, and have attachment means to insert various widths of ladder tape. The mediate sidewalls have at least two opposing access slots to insert and retain ladder cords in a counter balanced relation.
