    Abstract: A photographing system for a long-distance running event and an operation method thereof are provided. A radio frequency identification (RFID) reader is installed in a long-distance running path. The RFID reader can read RFID tags worn by runners to obtain time information of the runners passing a position of the RFID reader in the long-distance running path. A camera installed in the long-distance running path can photograph the runners to obtain photos. A processing device can receive the photos from the camera. The processing device can perform a face recognition operation on the photos to group the photos into at least one photo group. The processing device can establish mapping relationships between the at least one photo group and the runners based on the time information provided by the RFID reader.

    Abstract: Described herein are methods of filling features with tungsten, and related systems and apparatus, involving inhibition of tungsten nucleation. In some embodiments, the methods involve selective inhibition along a feature profile. Methods of selectively inhibiting tungsten nucleation can include exposing the feature to ammonia vapor in a non-plasma process. Process parameters including exposure time, substrate temperature, and chamber pressure can be used to tune the inhibition profile. Also provided are methods of filling multiple adjacent lines with reduced or no line bending. The methods involve selectively inhibiting the tungsten nucleation to reduce sidewall growth during feature fill.

One of the special photos is defined as an origin photo, and the special photos sorted after the origin photo are defined as relative photos. A moving distance and a moving angle of each of the relative photos with respect to the origin photo are calculated according to the GPS information. The origin photo and the relative photos are classified into multiple location groups according to variations of the moving distances and variations of the moving angles.

The substrate has a field region and a feature recessed from the field region. Then, the substrate is exposed to an organometallic tungsten precursor. The organometallic tungsten precursor not adsorbed onto the substrate is removed from the chamber. The substrate is treated with a first treatment including a heat treatment or a plasma treatment to form a tungsten layer on the substrate. After treating the substrate, residual gasses are removed from the chamber. The tungsten layer on the substrate is treated with a second treatment including a heat treatment or a plasma treatment.
