  • Publication number: 20240124819
Abstract: The present disclosure refers to a porous membrane structure that can be used as a cell culture support adapted for specific cells to be grown thereon. The porous membrane structure comprises a membrane having through pores formed therein and at least one coating layer provided on the membrane such that the through pores remain open. Said adaptation is provided by selecting membrane and coating materials based on at least one type of cells to be grown on the at least one coating layer. By so doing, it is possible to alter different properties of the cell culture membrane structure (e.g., chemical and physical properties, such as hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, stiffness, roughness, cell proliferation, attachment, mobility, survivability, etc.), thereby providing control over how a cell interacts with the membrane and other cells.

  • Patent number: 11959175
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for use of a fill on demand ampoule are disclosed. The fill on demand ampoule may refill an ampoule with precursor concurrent with the performance of other deposition processes. The fill on demand may keep the level of precursor within the ampoule at a relatively constant level. The level may be calculated to result in an optimum head volume. The fill on demand may also keep the precursor at a temperature near that of an optimum precursor temperature. The fill on demand may occur during parts of the deposition process where the agitation of the precursor due to the filling of the ampoule with the precursor minimally effects the substrate deposition. Substrate throughput may be increased through the use of fill on demand.

  • Patent number: 11930293
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods redact one or more light-emitting screens in data recorded on a recording device. The redaction may include receiving recorded data comprising a plurality of pixel values. The redaction may include detecting one or more light-emitting screens in the received image. The redaction may include redacting a subset of the pixel values from the recorded associated with the one or more detected light-emitting screens. The redaction may be commonly applied to multiple frames of recorded data through the use of a unique identifier assigned to a same detected light-emitting screen. A same light-emitting screen may be tracked across multiple non-sequential or sequential frames and assigned a same unique identifier.

  • Publication number: 20240055003
Abstract: Techniques are described herein for detecting and/or enrolling (or commissioning) new “hot commands” that are useable to cause an automated assistant to perform responsive action(s) without having to be first explicitly invoked. In various implementations, an automated assistant may be transitioned from a limited listening state into a full speech recognition state in response to a trigger event. While in the full speech recognition state, the automated assistant may receive and perform speech recognition processing on a spoken command from a user to generate a textual command. The textual command may be determined to satisfy a frequency threshold in a corpus of textual commands. Consequently, data indicative of the textual command may be enrolled as a hot command. Subsequent utterance of another textual command that is semantically consistent with the textual command may trigger performance of a responsive action by the automated assistant, without requiring explicit invocation.

  • Publication number: 20240028108
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for generating and/or adapting automated assistant content according to a distance of a user relative to an automated assistant interface that renders the automated assistant content. For instance, the automated assistant can provide data for a client device to render. The client device can request additional data when the user relocates closer to, or further from, the client device. In some implementations, a request for additional data can identify a distance between the user and the client device. In this way, the additional data can be generated or selected according to the distance in the request. Other implementations can allow an automated assistant to determine an active user from a group of users in an environment, and determine a distance between the active user and the client device in order that any rendered content can be tailored for the active user.
