Abstract: Electrical Tomography (ET) Images of an object can be generated based on features extracted during an excitation cycle. For example, a method described herein can include selecting, from a plurality of electrodes attached to the object, a first pair of electrodes. The method can include exciting the first pair of electrodes during a first excitation cycle. Additionally, the method can include generating an analog signal by performing measurements across remaining pairs of electrodes of the plurality of electrodes during the excitation cycle. The method can include generating the digital signal based on an analog to digital conversion of the analog signal. Further, the method can include extracting, during the excitation cycle, features based on the digital signal. The method can include generating an ET image associated with the object based on the features.

Abstract: Provided are methods and systems for aggregating data associated with various geographic areas for trajectory determination and high definition map generation. The methods and systems may include obtaining first data associated with a first area that is external to a vehicle, converting the first data associated with the first area from a first format to a second format, transmitting the first data that is converted and a query associated with a second area, receiving second data specific to the second area responsive to the query, aggregating the second data specific to the second area with the first data, determining, using the at least one processor, a trajectory of the vehicle within a physical space based on the aggregating of the second data with the first data, and/or generating a graphical representation for use by a display of the vehicle based on the second data that is aggregated with the first data.

Abstract: Techniques for performing compression operations on persistently-stored data blocks during read/write commands. A method embodiment performs in-line data compression operations over data blocks referenced by a caller. The in-line data compression operations are performed during execution of a storage input-output (I/O) command, between the event of receipt of the storage I/O command and the event of returning status of the storage I/O command. The storage I/O operation is associated with at least one data group comprising one or more data blocks that are identified by the caller. Upon receipt of the storage I/O command, one or more compression rules are applied to the data blocks to determine one or more compression parameters, which compression parameters are used to form specific compression operations that are performed over at least a portion of the data group. The status pertaining to the execution of the storage I/O operation is returned to the caller.
