  • Patent number: 11093393
Abstract: A system and a method provide a memory-access technique that effectively parallelizes DRAM operations and coherency operations to reduce memory-access latency. The system may include a memory controller, an interconnect and a processor. The interconnect may be coupled to the memory controller. The processor may be coupled to the memory controller through a first path and a second path in which the first path is through the interconnect and the second path bypasses the interconnect. The processor may be configured to send substantially concurrently a memory access request to the memory controller via the first path and send a page activation request or a hint request to the memory controller via the second path so that the DRAM access operations appear to be masked, or hidden by the coherency operations.

  • Publication number: 20210097432
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for GPU code injection to summarize machine learning training data are disclosed. Training of a machine learning model is initiated using a graphics processing unit (GPU) associated with a machine learning training cluster. The training of the machine learning model generates tensor data in a memory of the GPU. The GPU determines a summary of the tensor data according to a reduction operator. The summary is smaller in size than the tensor data and is output by the GPU. A machine learning analysis system performs an analysis of the training of the machine learning model based at least in part on the summary of the tensor data. The machine learning analysis system detects one or more conditions associated with the training of the machine learning model based at least in part on the analysis.

  • Patent number: 10958556
Abstract: A centralized controller for probing and securing vulnerable network resources is disclosed. A list of services hosted by a resource is received at the controller. A request to probe the list of services hosted on the resource is received by the controller. A probe candidate is determined by the controller. The probing is triggered by the controller based on a user scheduled time. The probing includes sending a probe packet that contains a special marker. The controller sends the list of resources to be probed for a set of port and protocol, to the probe candidate. A probe result generated as a result of the probing is received at the controller. The probe result includes vulnerable service information. A policy is computed based on the probe result and is enforced on the probed resources.

  • Patent number: 10878024
Abstract: Dynamic thumbnails are described. Dynamic thumbnails provide a convenient and automated approach for providing thumbnails that are contextually relevant to a user. In at least some implementations, an input image is analyzed to generate tags describing objects or points of interest within the image, and to generate rectangles that describe the locations within the image that correspond to the generated tags. Various combinations of generated tags are analyzed to determine the smallest bounding rectangle that contains every rectangle associated with the tags in the respective combination, and a thumbnail is created. A user input is received and compared to the tags associated with the generated thumbnails, and a thumbnail that is most relevant to the user input is selected and output to the user.
