The first container contains a first product and delimits a first opening. A removable stopper is associated with the first opening. The second container contains a second product and delimits a second opening. The second container comprises a first coupling member. The first container and the second container are configured to be connected to one another. The first coupling member and the removable stopper are configured such that the first coupling member engages the removable stopper during establishment of a connection between the first container and the second container and the removable stopper passes into the second container so as to expose the first opening and allow the first product and the second product to be brought into contact with one another.

Abstract: The present application relates to an application device for applying a hair product, especially a dye product, to sections of hair. The device comprises a component made of at least one elastically deformable material and a reservoir for containing a product. The component at least partly defines a slot which communicates with the reservoir and is accessible from the outside of the device. The slot is bounded by edges which, at rest, are positioned substantially contiguous to each other so as to create a seal. A section of hair is able to pass through the slot so as to allow the section of hair to be coated with the product in response to movement of the device in a longitudinal direction with respect to the section of hair.

Abstract: A valve element may be configured to be mounted in an air intake passage of a container. The valve element may be at least partially elastically deformable. The valve element may include a valving member configured such that, when vacuum pressure inside the container is less than a predetermined threshold differential from atmospheric pressure, the valving member is in sealed contact with a seat formed on the container. The valving member may also be configured such that the valving member moves away from the seat when the predetermined threshold differential is reached, so as to allow air to be taken into the container. By elastic return, the valving member may return to a position in sealed contact with the seat when the vacuum pressure inside the container drops back to less than the predetermined threshold differential. The valve element may be placed in a functional configuration via an elastically irreversible modification thereof during mounting.

The cap includes a movable member comprising a valving portion capable of selectively opening and closing a product-dispensing orifice depending upon pressure within the container. The cap also includes an elastically deformable mounting element coupled to the movable member to retain the movable member on the cap, and the mounting element comprises a sealing member configured to selectively open and close at least one air intake passage, the air intake passage being separate from the product-dispensing orifice.

The dispenser includes a container containing a pressurized product with a valve. The valve includes a valve body, an inlet orifice and an outlet orifice, and a closure member for selectively placing inlet orifice in flow communication with the outlet orifice to cause the product to be dispensed through at least one dispensing orifice, in response to actuation of the closure member. The valve body is located outside the container. The communication between the inlet orifice and the outlet orifice is caused by pressure exerted on the closure member.

The dispensing head may include an applicator member and a screen. The applicator member may include at least one tooth configured to be placed in contact with hair and moved with respect thereto. The applicator member may also include a duct extending in the at least one tooth along an axial length of the at least one tooth. The duct may be capable of being placed in flow communication with the container. The applicator member may also include an outlet orifice for the duct. The outlet orifice can be oriented to provide outlet flow of product in a direction transverse to an axis of the at least one tooth. The screen may be arranged such that the screen and the at least one tooth define a volume.

The device also includes a separating element movable with respect to the container from a first position to a second position. In the first position, at least a portion of the separating element is in the interior of the container and defines in the interior of the container a first region for a first product and a second region for a second product. In the second position, the separating element is at least substantially removed from the interior of the container so that the regions are placed in fluid communication with one another to permit mixing of the first and second products. In one aspect of the invention, the separating element moves from the first position to the second position without passing through the opening of the container.
