  • Patent number: 5890625
Abstract: The present application relates to a device for the emptying of a tube, comprising a base plate and a cover plate, joined by a hinge connection, so that when the tube is arranged between the base plate and the cover plate, with the tube seam line situated in the vicinity of the hinge, the folding of the cover plate onto the base plate drives the product toward the opening of the tube. According to the invention, the cover plate can comprise at least two segmented parts hingedly connected, in such a way as to make it possible to selectively bring all or part of the cover plate to bear on the base plate, thereby allowing the total or fractional emptying of the tube.

  • Patent number: 5868510
Abstract: A product dispenser includes a receptacle having a cylindrical body that is open at one of its ends, a piston that is axially movable in translation in the body, and a drive screw passing through an orifice in the piston. The orifice is provided with a link suitable for transforming rotary motion of the screw into axial displacement of the piston. The screw is rotated by a drive member accessible to the user, and the link is radially deformable. The link is organized to deform radially in contact with the thread of the screw when the screw is forced to move axially relative to the link, thereby allowing relative axial movement between the screw and the link even if the screw is not rotated.
