    Abstract: A process is provided of delivering at least one active agent cargo molecule into an neuronal cell whereby a cargo molecule is placed within a synthetic vesicle such as a liposome and a biotinylated protein such as an antibody is bound to the synthetic vesicle to form a protein bound synthetic vesicle whereby the protein recognizes a receptor expressed on the surface of a neuronal cell, and exposing the protein bound synthetic vesicle to the cell until the cargo molecule is delivered into the neuronal cell. Numerous cargo molecules are delivered by the inventive synthetic vesicle including a calpain inhibitor and a caspase inhibitor. The protein illustratively targets a cellular receptor for a ligand such as glutamate, glycine, dopamine, nicotine, muscarine, acetylcholine, or serotonin, and the like.

    Abstract: A swing device for a grinding machine includes a motor located on a fixed table beside the sanding unit which includes a frame with two mandrels and a sanding belt is mounted to the two mandrels. A movable member is movably mounted to the shaft of the motor so as to move back and forth to activate two limit switches which are activated to stop the motor. The movable member is connected to a fixed plate connected to an end plate on the sanding unit and a link is connected between the fixed plate and an elongate slot of the movable member. The sanding unit together with the sanding belt swing when the movable member moves. The sanding belt swings and activates two micro switches to change the rotation direction of the shaft. The sanding belt swings to change the sanding portion contacting the objects to be polished.

The panel contains a strike face grouping and a rear face grouping, where the normalized stiffness of each strike face layer is about 3 to 50 times greater than the normalized stiffness of each textile layer. The strike face grouping contains at least two strike face layers, each strike face layer having resin and high tenacity yarns, where the high tenacity yarns are in an amount of at least 50% by weight in each layer, where the high tenacity yarns have a tenacity of at least 5 grams per denier, and where the strike face grouping forms the strike surface of the panel.
