  • Patent number: 12328651
Abstract: An automated method is provided for initiating a transaction function in a transaction processing device. The method comprises establishing near field communication between the transaction processing device and an NFC transmitting device having an associated tag identifier and receiving NFC information including the tag identifier. The transaction processing device transmits the NFC information to a merchant processor and receives from the merchant processor a tag rule communication including an instruction to carry out a transaction function associated with the tag identifier or a request to associate a new transaction function with the tag identifier. Responsive to receiving an instruction to carry out a transaction function associated with the tag identifier, the transaction processing device executes the transaction function.

  • Patent number: 12328182
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for achieving graceful bandwidth scaling (i.e. higher data transmission rates) for Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) and CWDM-4 technologies. Examples utilize a waveband architecture built around the CWDM wavelengths. This waveband architecture adds additional wavelength transmission channels (which may equate to faster data transmission rates) while maintaining backwards compatibility with existing CWDM/CWDM-4 technologies. Examples may include waveband devices (e.g. waveband light sources, waveband transmitters, waveband receivers, waveband transceivers, etc.) designed to operate with one or more CWDM wavebands while maintaining backwards compatibility with existing CWDM-4 technologies.

  • Publication number: 20250177589
Abstract: The present invention relates to an aqueous ozone floor disinfection system. A floor cleaning machine traverses a floor surface entering a pre-hygienic zone prior to cleaning, cleaning within a midst-hygienic zone for a cleaning period, and moving away from the midst-hygienic zone creating a post-hygienic zone. An aqueous ozone generator receives water and generates an ozonated concentrate liquid. A post-hygienic mixer ratiometrically blends the ozonated concentrate liquid and water to form a post-hygienic ozone disinfection solution having a predetermined post-hygienic ozone treatment concentration. A post-hygienic nozzle spray of the post-hygienic ozone disinfection solution onto the post-hygienic zone portion of the floor surface for at least the post-hygienic treatment time absent agitation or removal by the floor cleaning machine improving disinfection of the floor surface. The service life of the aqueous ozone generator can be tracked and the disinfected floor surface can be GPS geofenced.
