Abstract: An air pump has a bracket, a motor, a transmission device and pneumatic cylinder assembly. The bracket is formed from sheet metal and has a backplate, two side plates formed on the backplate and two top plates formed respectively on the side plates. The motor is mounted on the transmission device. The transmission device is mounted on the bracket and is connected to the motor. The pneumatic cylinder assembly is mounted on the bracket and is connected to the transmission device. The bracket formed from sheet metal is light and has a low cost.

A rim is formed at a top of the sleeve and an annular recess is defined at a bottom of the sleeve. By fasteners through the rim, the sleeve is secured in the body. A motor is mounted on the body for driving a gear assembly in the body. A piston has a movable block movably received in the sleeve and a linkage eccentrically connected to the gear assembly. A discharge valve with a nozzle is mounted on the sleeve for discharging compressed air out from the nozzle. Whereby, the sleeve can be made with a small thickness, so its cost is low. Moreover, it is easy to install the sleeve in the correct position to ensure the piston to smoothly reciprocate in the sleeve.

Abstract: A tool bracket has a base and multiple detachable containers. The base has a tool mount, a shelf and a container holder. The tool mount and shelf have tool-mounting holes. The container holder has multiple magnetic metal elements mounted securely in the container holder. The containers are mounted detachably on the container holder, and each container has a jar, a lid and a magnet. The lid is mounted detachably on the jar. The magnet is mounted securely on the container and detachably attaches to a magnetic metal element on the container holder. The containers can be detached and carried safely without injuring a person carrying the container.

Abstract: A multimedia audio and video display device has a main circuit board, a multimedia disk reader and an audio and video (A/V) signal processing unit. The multimedia disk reader is connected between the main circuit board and the A/V signal processing unit and is adapted to play A/V signals of a disk. The main circuit board and the A/V signal processing unit are connected to an external display device and speakers and each of them has one independent power supply so the A/V signal processing unit can operate independently without the main circuit board. The A/V signal processing unit further has receiving and broadcasting FM signals function and playing TV signals function, so the A/V signal processing unit provides combination A/V playing capability.

Abstract: A starch gelatinization measuring system including an ohmic heater to hold and to heat the starch sample to be measured, the ohmic heater having a pair of plate electrodes for heating; a power supply unit electrically connected to the ohmic heater to control the supply of electric current and electric voltage to the plate electrodes of the ohmic heater; a temperature detector controlled to detect the temperature of the starch sample being heated by the ohmic heater; a data logger electrically connected to the power supply unit and the temperature detector to record the data of temperature, electric current, electric voltage during heating; and a computer electrically connected to the data logger to analyze the data provided by the data logger.
