    Abstract: A projection apparatus includes a light source module and a micro-electro-mechanical-system (MEMS) mirror. The light source module outputs a plurality of illumination beams having different transmission paths. The MEMS mirror is disposed on the transmission paths of the illumination beams. Each illumination beam propagates to the MEMS mirror respectively, and the illumination beams are respectively reflected by the MEMS mirror to project on a plurality of positions within an imaging region, wherein the transmission paths of the illumination beams transmitted from the light source to the MEMS mirror are not intersected with the imaging region.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of processing a device, comprising providing a substrate having a buffer layer disposed on a back side and forming an outer protection layer over the back side of the buffer layer, forming a thermal layer on the back side of the outer protection layer and heating the substrate through the thermal layer and the back side of the outer protective layer. A back side protection layer may be formed on the back side of the buffer layer. The thermal layer has a thermal emissivity coefficient of about 0.7 or greater and a thickness greater than a roughness of the back side of the outer protection layer. The back side protection layer is an oxide with a thickness between about 20 angstroms and about 50 angstroms. The outer protection layer is a nitride with a thickness between about 50 angstroms and about 300 angstroms.

    Abstract: A femto access point (FAP) for use in a network system and a communication method for the femto access point are provided. A mobile station is wirelessly connected to the FAP. The FAP comprises a storage unit, a sniffer unit, and a process unit. The sniffer unit sniffs a packet of the mobile station. The process unit retrieves an identity (ID) code of the mobile station from the packet and stores the ID code into the storage unit. The process unit further establishes an uplink local area network (LAN) service flow and a downlink LAN service flow of the mobile station. The uplink LAN service flow and the downlink LAN service flow established by the FAP and the mobile station are used to transfer packets within the LAN.

The locking elements is assembled on the actuator under a condition that the locking elements rotate inwards to press against the IC package and outwards to release the IC package when the actuator is push downwards in a vertical direction. Each locking element includes a rotating element and a pressing element. The rotating elements rotate in relative to the actuator and the pressing element rotates in relative to the rotating element. The pressing element defines a sliding slot and the rotating element defines a sliding post slidably receiving in the sliding slot.
