    Abstract: A ventilated puck is provided. The ventilated puck includes an upper box, a spider plate, and a lower box. In particular, the upper box is fitted on the lower box to form a hollow structure, in which the spider plate is disposed. A ventilation channel for communicating the hollow structure with an external environment is provided in the upper box, or in the lower box or at interface between the upper box and the lower box. The ventilated puck of the present application may ensure gas exchange during the gas protection process conducted on semiconductor wafers, thereby preventing deformation of the puck due to pressure differences. Optionally, the interior of the ventilation channel is provided with a dustproof labyrinth structure, thereby preventing the entry of dust.

An iontophoresis module may provide for stimulation of a biofluid sample. A biofluid may be a sweat sample. Stimulation may be achieved via electrostimulation and/or application of hydrogel. A microfluidic sweat collection and sample module may include several adhesive layers with carefully designed inlets, channels, a reservoir, and an outlet for the efficiently collection and sampling of biofluid. A MIP sensor module may quickly and accurately identify concentrations of key metabolites present in a biofluid sample which may indicate certain health conditions.

Firstly, swaying base latitude-free alignment is regarded as a Wahba attitude determination problem to inhibit device noise interference, and an objective function is established based on a gravitational acceleration vector under an earth system; then an exact solution of the objective function is obtained through a gradient descent optimization method, and inertial system conversion quaternion estimation is achieved under the latitude-free condition; and finally, an attitude quaternion is determined by only using information of an accelerometer and a gyroscope of a strapdown attitude heading reference system, and therefore latitude-free initial alignment under the swaying base is achieved.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing lycopene crystals with high purity and low harm. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing lycopene oleoresin with a mixed solvent consisting of an alkane and a lower alcohol, and heating and stirring the resultant for dissolution to form a homogenous solution; (2) cooling the homogenous solution for crystallization, filtering the resultant to obtain a filter cake; and (3) washing the filter cake successively using a lower alcohol and an alkane, and drying the resultant to obtain lycopene crystals. According to the method provided by the present invention, lycopene crystals can be obtained using a mixed solvent by means of one step crystallization, and the crystal content is further improved and harmful substances in the crystals are reduced by means of a two-step crystal washing process to obtain lycopene crystals with high purity and low harm.
